Friendly staff

DO NOT STAY Checked in immediately noticed one of the locks was broken and when we told the front desk staff they said just let us know when u check out so we don’t charge u on damage deposit. Through out the night we noticed more and more. Bathroom was not cleaned and the soup and shampoo provided were covered with brown substance. Cordered electric heater on top of a wooden dresser. Mold on the ceiling. Kitchen stove and sink dirty with crumbs. Advertised pool has no water in it. Bed sinking in. Old water pipes going off loudly all night. The staff unhelpful sis not even offer a partial refund and they didn’t even want to see the pictures because they knew how bad it was and chose to put a guest in a moldy room.

Room. Dirty clothes still in the drawer from previous guests. brocken chair. Shower door filthy.

Photos of pool area are probably ten years old. Actual pool is not in working order and the pool area is very run down. Would not recommend staying here with a family.

Room was really cold when we got in. Heated was turned off. Took us hours to get it warm. The hotel looked a little rough and old but the staffs were pretty good.

It was freezing cold when we got to our room , it took a couple of hours to warm up. Turns out the pool was broken, no working jets in the hot tub, noisy clientele, no hot items at breakfast, place smelled musty.

Room was ok yes. Hotel kept my deposit due to the smell of the room after I left. We did not smoke inside. See cameras and will see we smoked outside. But because they walked in right after we left. Said room smelled of weed. Sorry. My canister was not sealing it well. As we just rolled a smoke There was no damage other than air needed to clear. Told them we smoked outside and they were quiet on the other end. Was not getting anywhere talking on phone So room and hotel was fine. Customer service. Negative 5. Seemed like they were not willing to give back deposit no matter what. Didn’t care We will not go there again.

Although the room was clean and beds very comfortable, the over all appearance of the hotel is tired and in need of upgrades. Gaps in baseboards, lime deposits on shower taps, misfit doors.

I put my coffee in the microwave and the tray wasn’t in right and the coffee spilled, I used the washcloth to clean it up, so housekeeping wouldn’t have to the next day. They charged me without notice for the washcloth. I’ve called multiple times to speak to the manager about it, but nobody will respond. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous. There was no paper towel or anything for me to clean it up with I will never ever stay there again and because there was no response from them, I will be telling people about this situation.

Staff was friendly. Room was,better than i was expecting.

Courteous staff. Hotel looks terrible from the outside, but the room is nice.

Room was old, toilet kept running. It was fairly clean, staff was very nice.

Exceptional Dirty will never stay there again. Entire volleyball team team packed up and left after one of two nights. Be nice to get a refund of some kind not only was the room very dirty so was the bedding covered in what looked like blood stains and also garbage still in the room

Room was nowhere near what the pictures looked like. Very disappointed

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was ok cereal and toast. Pool/hot tub decent.

Some renovations sone and looked nice. Rooms clean a bit dated but clean.

The room was wonderful. Nice cabin feel and spacious. Wonderful hot tub and pool.

Trued charging me for a wet towel they concluded was “damaged” was only wet from the pool
