Very nice hotel , clean and very welcoming staff. Very close to the nicest beaches.. they gave us vouchers for the beache and to park the car. Very pleasant stay.

food, service in particular was excellent. Staff put themselves out to make sure our stay was happy and memorable... Very friendly hotel of quality at a reasonable price.

Great staff very clean good facilities and food very enjoyable stay second time there was as good as the first.

Close to local town and beaches . Beautiful elevated position gives a 24 hour view of the local town and bay of Diana Marina

What a wonderful hotel, view excellent , food super . Only downfall was the availability of some of the staff to speak English but they did try. Highly recommended

Hotel set in beautiful gardens with swimming pool only accessible via very steep uneven steps. Small room with tiny shower cubicle in small bathroom. Unfortunately, our stay was completely spoiled by the attitude of the staff at reception and especially in the restaurant. Courtesy bus to and from beach did not keep to its timetable and despite my husband waiting near the hotel front door 10 minutes before departure time it left without him. A gift of a scented candle on departure with a card requesting a review does not make up for the poor attitude of the management

Place for excellent Ligurian food and Italian wine. Good location with wonderful view over the sea with walking distance to the pittoresque village of Diano Marina. Transport and sun beds included to the Theresa private beach which was convenient. Hotel has also a nice pool in the garden. The personnel is extremely polite, friendly and helful. We got tipped about a good wine store in the nearby village!

Unexpected high level of everything in this hotel - I felt like in 5 star but not in posh and sophisticated atmosphere , but like at home. May be the o lt thing I would change - try some different variants of the breakfast - but it's not crucial . All the rest - staff, room, cleanness, comfort etc. - was very good. The location is not in the center of Diano Marina, but to me this is plus of this hotel.

Great hotel. Modern interior which is sometimes hard to find in Italy. Very clean pool also. I will go back and I have already gone back to stay.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Aussichtslage. Der Swimmingpool und die Aussenanlagen sind schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt einen Shuttle Service hinunter zum Strand dort ist eine Liege und Sonnenschirm im Preis inbegriffen. Das Essen und das Frühstück ist sehr schmackhaft und vielseitig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Mycket bra hotell med fin utsikt, fint poolområde och väldigt bra mat. Ganska nära stranden men kräver bra ben då det är många trappor dock erbjuds shuttle bus av hotellet. En liten nackdel, ligger nära trafikerad väg som hörs tydligt dagtid. Rekommenderas och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Beaucoup d'amabilité de la part du personnel. Les chambres sur mer étaient très jolies et agréables (aucun bruit). Nous avons dîné sur place et le menu proposé était copieux et très bon, les serveurs très prévenants et le service très rapide (menu à 25€, très raisonnable pour les plats proposés). Tout était très propre - surtout en période de COVID.

L'hôtel est propre mais ne mérite pas 4 étoiles, les chambres sont petites et décoration vraiment moyenne. Les serviettes sont rêches... Le dîner obligation de prendre le menu qui est franchement décevant on se croyerait plutôt dans un EPHAD... Seule + la piscine qui est grande

L’hotel è bello con ottima posizione e spiaggia inclusa, purtroppo devo però riscontrare che alcuni membri del personale erano molto poco affabili. Sembrava di dargli fastidio . Mi spiace perché altri invece erano estremamente cortesi e l’hotel ripeto è bello

Hotel posizionato in alto, immerso in un bel giardino con piscina. Cucina eccellente, consiglio di usufruire le cene, veramente gustose. Personale simpatico, professionale è molto disponibile.

Schöne lage oberhalb der bucht von diano marina aber tagsüber bis in die nacht sehr lärmig da unweit der stark frequentierten küsten-strasse. Bequemes, komfortables hotel , zimmer relativ klein aber sehr sauber. Receptionistin dürfte freundlicher sein, man spürt „ ende der saison „. Essen gut aber für vegetarier keine auswahl. Sehr angenehm ist privater strand und freie fahrrad benutzung. Preis-leistung ist ok mit halbpension.

Personale professionale, Camera bella e spaziosa, cucina eccellente. Nel prezzo è incluso anche l’accesso alla spiaggia attrezzata. Servizio navetta per la spiaggia e la sera per il centro.
