Great service and nice stay. The rooms were very confusing to get around. The rooms were specious and comfortable but desperately needs smart TVs and phone charging stations. Also the air conditioning panel and 100 buttons to turn lights on and off were confusing and unnecessary.

Very clean and comfortable. Amazing staff. Area was awfully dirty.

Below average experience. Our room wasn’t ready at time of check in and staff didn’t even try to compensate us and they gave us smoking room and i’ve asked for non-smoking and they're response smoking room is the only available right now. Room was spacious but very old. In summery I Would not recommend to book in this resort they are many other alternatives to choose.

Very beautiful hotel with lots of dining options and a beautiful beach setting. The spa is also an amazing place to relax and get the most comfortable massage.

Great hospitality, great food.

The stay was nice the hotel garden and sea side is very good with a nice play area for kids and a walk into the sea crossing a small bridge. The staff in the garden restaurant are very nice, my only comment is that the service can be slow and the food does occasionally arrive cold during breakfast, nevertheless, we need to know that it is CORONA times and they are doing a good job.

The facility the location the atmosphere are positive points for this hotel Customer service at check-in, and more senior staff related to guest relations and reception are mediocre to say the least. Pool guard and breakfast staff are good, actually perhaps one of the really good ones I’ve seen for a while.

Perhaps due to COVID-19 or overbooking, the check in process was delayed. However, later in my stay the manager reached out to me and offered us a late checkout. He was very thoughtful, polite and wanted to make sure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable.
