Hotel introduction says the room has the washing machine, but there was not. also, it was not mentioned that there's no lift in the apartment, which is different from our expectation. There is also not enough spaces to put the stuff in the bathroom e.g. no hook in the bathroom and also no space to put the toothbrush and the glass.

terrible experience..the apartment is not in the same location as the reception..and when we book online..it seems no one informs us of this...The receptionist..speaks terrible english...i hated that..and she may think she speaks good english...so very fast....i think she has problems communicating in english..she just doesn't know...i won't recommend this apartment..

Room was okay and in a nice quiet area. The staff on site were lovely. The property is a bit run down but clean and functional. Transport links were great There were issues around the security deposit which I have never had with any other bookings. This was eventually resolved but caused a great deal of stress.

No reception desk, so any questions are answered by remote assistant. The dryer did not work during our stay (I didn’t find this out until after running a load of wash), so I had to use the Laundromat down the street to dry my clothes. There was also construction in the next apartment during our stay, which was very loud the management did not make us aware of this. It started before 9am and stopped usually around 2 so any chance of sleeping in wasn’t really an option. Decently priced, and a fine room- but would look elsewhere with plenty of other options in this area

Very nice stay in a good area close to shops and restaurants. The apparent was clean an nice with all necessary utilities. Can be recommended

Utmärkt läge, nära Paddington och Hyde Park. Vi bodde högst upp vilket var lugnt och skönt. Fönstret kunde vara öppet utan störande ljud. All kommunikation sker via telefon eller Mail. Det finns ingen reception.

Clean and tidy. Noisy though and no aircon which normally isn’t a concern but was sweltering, especially on the attic studios.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de restaurantes y la estación de metro. Habitación pequeña para 4 personas pero funcional.

I do NOT recommend a stay here due to the complex procedure for receiving the access (key)code which required several phone calls at night while we stood helplessly at the entrance trying to get in. Very aggravating and time consuming. In addition the so-called "flat" turned out to be a tiny cramped room located in the basement and was hot--there was no cross ventilation at all from the one barred window. The bed linens were also stained. Shower was too tiny/narrow for any adult! Very expensive for what it was. Only plus was that it was walking distance from Paddington. There are plenty of other small hotels on nearby streets--suggest you check those out instead if you want to stay in this neighborhood.

Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cet établissement, nous aimons beaucoup le quartier, mais cette fois-ci il n'y avait plus de réception à l'entrée....pas pratique du tout pour laisser les bagages le matin du départ.

It was difficult to get the key and this was quite a way from the accommodation Once in the apartment was clean

Overall a good stay in a clean little apartment in a very convenient location. Good accommodation for families, although our neighbours were a bit loud. Accommodation had everything we needed for our stay, but some of the facilities weren't brilliant (toaster didn't work properly and one of the windows didn't close all the way).

Great room, comfortable, well equipped, quiet and convenient

The property is very nice and very quiet i would recommend anyone who would like a night or weekend away from home. I like everything about the property u got near by shops restaurant, and also train station. Ny stay was excellent.

Excellent property location close to station and in a quiet residential area. Kitchen hob was slow and erratic

Apartment was located in the basement and was very little sunlight in the room. Someone Set of the fire alarm and there was no one in the building to turn it off.

Room was spot on and great location with parking outside.

Nice place to stay, awesome location, close of hyde park, restaurants and food store a few feet away, close enough of downtown, it is small but comfortable. Mention to Hicham (staff) waited for us for a couple hours due flight delay
