溫馨的小民宿，距離火車站走路約12分鐘，距市中心約10分鐘。房間裡浴室的空間不大，但整天的清潔度不錯，床也很舒適。

房主是一对中年夫妇，热情并乐于助人，房子离火车站步行10多分钟，非常宁静与舒适，去湖边大约步行20分钟，十分方便

此民宿可作為玩湖區的居住転運點丶早餐好吃，而且抵達民宿當天下大雨，謝謝民宿主人䛉我們提早入住，非常窩心。

整體清潔整齊，服務態度也好，但房間窄小，雙人房有浴室，但三人房就沒有了。訂房時要留意，全是雙人床，沒有twin bed room。三人入住三人房須另加費用，不是標示價，聽說全是這樣，這次算是上了一課，大家要留心了。

We stayed for two nights. The rooms were clean, loverly and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. There is little distance between Windermere and the lake.

Friendly, helpful proprietor and an excellent breakfast each morning. Great location for local transport and amenities.

The host Robert is very friendly and helpful. He gave us advice on where to go hiking in the lake district. The hotel room is spotless and cleaned everyday.

Except for the low water pressure of the bathroom shower, the overall environment is very good. The owner is very nice and the breakfast is of good

Ellerbrook house is ideal in so many ways - location, cleanliness, safety, comfort and the filling breakfast. Moreover, the hosts Robert and Becky are warm, friendly and helpful - Robert was kind enough to guide me on a trek too! Overall, I had a lovely experience at Ellerbrook house.

Rob and Becky are fantastic hosts! This is the second time that I have stayed here and will definitely be back again. The breakfast is fantastic.

I had an excellent stay at Ellerbrook House. It’s conveniently located a block away from the Windermere High Street. I was able to walk into town every night with a great choice of local cafes, restaurants and pubs. My room was fantastic. To my surprise I had what looks like a new but very large bed. My room was completely renovated. New bathroom fittings good water pressure. I was on the top floor and found it very quiet at night and it was well heated. My room was made up every day too. Lastly, the best bit! The breakfast!!! 3 days in a row I had the full English Breakfast. Really fantastic. Served out in a nice downstairs front room with fresh cereals, juices and coffee. Also interestingly enough even the place mats were good, made of local slate. I’d stay again and so should you.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Ellerbrook House. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable and had lovely extra touches with free toiletries and tea/coffee. The breakfasts were lovely and there was a lot of choice. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place for a stay in Windermere. Town was a 5 min walk away with a good range of restaurants too. Pleasure to meet you Rob and Becky. This a nice, centrally located B&B operated by gracious and helpful hosts. It’s a great base from which to explore the Lakes District.

We enjoyed a lot our stay here, Robert and his wife were very nice and gave us a lot of tips for our lakeland adventures. Good location and very good breakfast.
