Room was great and beach front access was excellent. Food choices were limited due to no availability on the onsite restaurant due to first come first serve policy for all but one restaurant. They do try to upsell you the vacation packages to pay them exorbitant prices in four years to enjoy for 20+ years. You can avoid that as staff is really friendly.

Overall clean property and friendly staff. Only down fall is the water in shower and hot tub never got hot. Restaurant’s are nice but I don’t like that you can’t make reservations for all of the restaurants only the hibachi. The resort is big and folks from coral side come to selection side to eat making it even harder to get a spot to eat at the restaurant if your not first 10 people in line.

The rooms are fine as well as the rest of the property. We all got sick, vomiting because of the tourista. I am allergic to dairy products and the labelling on the food is totally erroneous. The personnel knows about it, but nobody is doing anything,. I was congested because of my allergy during the whole stay. We had another week reserved for golf and pickle ball in Riviera maya in February and we canceled.

It was great and welcoming

The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was all very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were thrilled with our whole entire experience from arriving to leaving. The restaurants were all very organized and the food was all great. The pool fun was great and the beach was clean and relaxing! coming from a real couple- we can’t reccomend this place enough!!

All of the staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful.

This was an overall nice property with nice location, beautiful beach and pools. The food truck and tacos by the pool were hits for our midday lunch/snack. The buffet always had something we could enjoy. Disappointed in their process for getting into their restaurants and that their room service ends promptly at 11 pm. Their drinks also never tasted like quality alcohol. For those reasons we’d likely look to stay at a different resort next time.

Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Not a swimmer, but refreshing to just get in the pool. The staff was all very helpful and our room was maintained well while we were there.

The pool floor desperately needs to be fixed. Food needs more vegetarian options. I think they have the wrong impression about vegetarian food. What they have is nothing.

The beach is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is also beautiful. The food and drinks definitely not the best and service was very slow. We had a great time as a family, but I definitely expected better food quality, and better service.

Excelente atención

For this price point, the overall hotel was lacking. We have stayed at several other hotels on the cheaper and higher end in the area and this just did not meet any of our (group of 8) expectations. The activities both day and night were lacking. Unlike other resorts we did not feel like the staff (despite a few) really went out of their way to say hello or check in on how things were going. However the very last day there was a noticeable change in all the staff's treatment of all guests. There was a strong presence of more management around. I do wish that would have been the case all week during our stay. Most days no one said a word to us at breakfast and on our last day we must have had 10 people ask how we were and how they could help us. I do want to mention the staff members that did take the time to connect with us during our stay - the day time entertainment team members were super nice - esp Jimmy who remembered our names and where we were from after just the 1st day and went out of his way to say hi to us. Raul at the bistro was fantastic, Roger at the El Maguey was great for lunch. Also, Santiago and the entire swim up bar staff was the best part of our stay. We did 2 nights in the regular building and 3 nights with swim out rooms and they were so much better. They are way more expensive, but we did think it was worth it as the rooms have a better layout, views are amazing and the seating area was great. All in all I would not go back here.
