I was stayed only for 1 night, but it turned to be amazing experience for me to stay in Sea Sun Sand Resort & Spa. I've been few times visited Phuket but this resort gave me best stay experience. Very spacious room, good sea view from balcony and have bathtub to enjoy your day after exhausting day to stroll around Phuket. Everything I saw on the pictures in their hotel profile are exactly the same with what I got when I stay there. It's good thing na krub. The only suggestion that I have for management, kindly improve on plumbing system, especially room C-306. Because when I took shower, it was flooding. Besides that, everything are great, friendly reception staffs, helpful restaurant staff. Thank you for your service. Will definetely come again when get chance to visit Phuket.

Need to fix their electricity system. The air con can be suddenly turn off with no reasons.

Suasana tempat romantis tetapi sayang sangat jauh sekali mesti menggunakan 3 lift untuk sampai ke kamar dengan pemandangan laut.

Bad location, far away from beach.

เช็กอินช้ามาก กว่าห้องจะเสร็จ ตั้ง 16.00 นาฬิกา ห้องพักชั้น 1 อยู่ใกล้ร้านอาหารและสระว่ายน้ำ ไม่มีความเป็นส่วนตัว มีเสียงรบกวน เดินมาห้องพักจากล็อบบี้ไกลมาก

โดยรวมทำเลที่ตั้งก็สะดวกสบายดี ไม่ไกลจากหาดป่าตองเท่าไหร่นัก การเดินทางสำหรับคนที่ไม่ได้เช่ารถขับเอง ด้านหน้าโรงแรมก็มีรถแท็กซี่รถกะป๊อรอให้บริการตลอดเวลา ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด สะดวกสบายดี อาหารก็ธรรมดา บุฟเฟต์ดินเนอร์ก็ไม่ค่อยคุ้มเท่าไหร่ พนักงานต้อนรับตอนเช็กอินให้บริการช้ามาก ไม่มีความเตรียมพร้อมในการเช็กอินของลูกค้าเท่าไหร่ ไปถึงแจ้งชื่อยังไม่มีการจัดห้องใดๆไว้รอ ทั้งๆที่ควรจะเตรียมเสร็จตั้งนานแล้ว ไปยืนรอเช็กอิน มีลูกค้าแทรกเข้าไปเช็กอินก่อนก็ทำให้คนอื่นก่อนเฉยเลย ทั้งๆที่ก็เห็นว่าเรายืนรอเช็กอินอยู่ อย่างอื่นดีหมดอ่ะค่ะ แต่แผนกต้อนรับควรปรับปรุงให้มีระบบมากกว่านี้
