GREAT LOCATION PLENTY TO DO IN THE AREA COMFY BEDS NICE TO HAVE A SHOWER TOILET SINK IN EACH ROOM

Lovely old cottage. Centrally located. Very old fashioned, but clean and provided all amenities required.

Beautiful location right in the centre of Dartmouth and near the waterfront. And a lovely building. Hassle free booking. We couldn't ask for more

Easy access to Cherubs Nest via a keypad door. House on 3 levels. Kitchen/dining area on the ground floor which has everything you could need for your stay. It was all very clean and functioning. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and had their own en-suites. Lounge had 2 sofas and to and a window facing the street. Good points- great location within Dartmouth, easy access to the town and shops and harbour. House has everything you need for a few days stay. Parking is included in a nearby car park. Nice touches included-hand wash, sanitizer, milk in the fridge, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid. Bad points- en-suites in double and king bedroom are very, very small. They are well used and tired and really need redoing. No outside area for the property.

A very enjoyable stay with a warm welcome from Geoff and Bev. Lovely comfortable room and superb breakfast. Would stay again.
