Quaint B&B with nice breakfast room. comfortable and good value for money. Martin was nice and helpful. There was some issue with the key to my room which was very hard to open, but otherwise a good experience.

Good location, car parking was a challenge but I did appreciate that the car parking was free. Rooms generally clean though there were cobwebs in the bathroom. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room, comfortable clean bed so slept well both nights. Pots of paint under chairs in reception and the breakfast room was particularly untidy, a large table piled high with ‘stuff’ looked terrible. Breakfast choice was limited, no buffet, small helping of cereal served each morning out of a large container, apple or orange juice in a small glass when I asked for it, fruit and yoghurt listed on menu but not offered. Cooked breakfast freshly cooked to order my friend enjoyed. A quirky hotel.

Stayed here at least 8 times. Never disappointed. Would fully recommend as a place to stay.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating and room was well-suited to my needs. Good location for Blackpool promenade and Blackpool North train station.

We had a fantastic stay at Pelham Lodge, great room for four, the staff was super friendly and the museum in the basement was so fun - thank you for giving a tour even out of season! Pelham Lodge is perfectly located in Blackpool north, close to everything you need! We will for sure stay here again when going back!

Breakfast was great, efficient and friendly. The shower was good, the room comfortable and the area was quiet. Will definitely be back.

I always stay at the pelham when visiting blackpool the hotel is spotlessly clean the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them the breakfast is one of the best ive had, i also recommend the pelham to all my friends, the location is good near all amenities, yet far enough away to have a peaceful sleep,Martin and George are lovely host and Danielle who serves breakfast is lovely too i will always go back to the pelham.

Breakfast was lovely and very tasty. Staff went above and beyond to help. Martin was a lovely gentleman. Could not fault the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Water, biscuits all included. Maybe the room could do with a bit of a paint job but rest assured this does not take anything away from this hotel. Will definitely use again Its in walking distance to the town and funny girls.

We were allowed to book in a little early and to use the small car park at the rear, so a great start. This flexibility was much appreciated. The premises were extremely clean and beautifully presented for Christmas. We had an excellent breakfast. Our only concern was that the lock to our bedroom door (no 11) was very difficult to open. Having puffed our way to the third floor this is the last thing we needed!
