员工友善，房间干净，还可以要饮用水，热水也还可以，离白金购物中心很近，我们住过很多次，因为这里最舒适。

所有设施都很好👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 靠近商场，吃饭也很方便 唯一不足的是枕头太硬太高，睡起来很不舒服。

床和枕头都很硬，我睡不好，空调太冷了，即使温度是30度，还是觉得冷，醒来后就感冒了。

强烈推荐。离Big C和Central World都很近。

这是我第一次入住诺富特水门酒店。我喜欢酒店的氛围、景色、美食，当然，它离白金购物中心、中央世界购物中心、暹罗购物中心等等都很近。

所有工作人员都非常友好，如果我去曼谷我一定会再次住在这里😊

We got in around the busy check-in time in the afternoon and were greeted by a wonderful team of check-in people. They assured I got into the high floor rooms and that the room was just cleaned. Fantastic and effortless check-in until we checked out the very next day. Amazing experience. Would love to come back and stay longer there.
