Clean room, large bathroom and shower. Reception Staff very friendly and helpful. Balcony and views beautiful. Breakfast was lovely quality and great choice. Carpets are tied and general decor needs attention (a little battered). Gym not good, no treadmill and bike seat broken/damaged. Didn’t bother using 😕

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Proche de l'Etna, excellent service et propreté de la chambre impeccable. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et les conseils de Dario.

Thank you for a suprisingly and nice stay. We choose this hotel because we needed a place to stay when our originally planned accommodation was cancelled. Instead we had to rely on Hotels.com and the friendly staff at Esperia Palace. The hotel area is clean and quiet, and with the air/climate some higher up, was refreshing now in August. Nice rooms with spacious and clean bathrooms. We hadn’t planned for visiting this area close to the volcano, but Zafferana Etnea is a lovely town. Just know that you have to walk 15 min from the hotel to get into the centre, and that the streets from the hotel is not that welcoming. Nice Spa and Pool-area. PS: remember to bring swim cap.

Das Hotel hat eine grandiose Aussicht bis nach Taormina, auf den Stretto und das italienische Festland. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll, das Zimmer geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Leider wird der Saunabereich um 19:00 Uhr schon geschlossen, das finde ich für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie nicht richtig und leider kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer aber ansonsten alles perfekt

Hôtel calme, propre, belle chambre, l’accueil sympathique, ils nous ont bien aidé pour les visites a faire.. Par contre le petit déjeuner ca vaut a peine un 3 étoiles.. Très pauvre.. dommage

Jeg vil ikke ligefrem kalde det et femstjernet, nok nærmere et tostjernet. Wifi kunne ikke nå vores værelse, værelset var slidt og hotellet virkede nærmest lukket. Der var ingen vand på vores værelse, og i stedet for at give os et nyt, måtte vi i stedet vente på, at det blev fikset. Det eneste positive der er at sige er, at fra hotellet tager den en halv time i bil til Etna.

Very clean and big rooms. Staff excellent, especially Dario. Gave tips on Mount Etnea, directions , time Togo etc. he was very helpful.

La struttura è ben curata e le stanze sono comode e pulite. Grande pregio della struttura è dato dal receptionist che con la sua grande disponibilità e cordialità ci ha accolto, consigliato e supportato . Gentilissimo. Buona anche la colazione. Torneremo sicuramente

Modern spacious rooms (not all with full sea view), nice spa but expensive (24€) and open only some afternoons, breakfast could be improved (no fresh fruit salad or fresh orange juice, no vegan products or other milks) served in a place almost without windows.

Bella struttura vicina al centro di Zafferana. Buon punto da cui visitare l'Etna e la zona del catanese. Stanze grandi e pulizia giornaliera ma nei 4 giorni di permanenza non sono stati mai cambiati gli asciugamani del bagno. Colazione abbondante e varia. La connessione internet a volte saltava ma era forse dovuto al cattivo tempo. Bella piscina esterna ma non utilizzabile per le basse temperature avute nel periodo del soggiorno. È presente però la piscina interna riscaldata della spa che ha il difetto di essere solo a pagamento, poiché inclusa nel percorso spa. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante della struttura ma in zona ci sono molti posti dove mangiare bene al giusto prezzo. In conclusione una buona esperienza.

Abbiamo sciato e poi ci siamo rifugiati in questo bellissimo albergo... Da rifare!

A première vue, hôtel agréable mais service au minimum pas digne d'un 4 étoiles sup comme sur les panneaux de l'hôtel Restaurant .....je sais si il y a pas d'indication... Piscine interrieuren faisant parti du spa donc pas de l'hôtel prévoir 15€ par personne Petit déjeuner façon industriel, jus orange a l'eau, jambon blanc qui transpire, fruit frais veurrie, pomme flétrie

l'Etna dernière étape de notre voyage en Sicile, Esperia dernier hôtel : le plus cher et le moins bien. Honteux de payer ce prix dans un Hotel ou même l’accès à la piscine extérieure est payant ! et le petit déjeuner : pas de pain frais, du jus de fruit en brique, pas d'oeuf, ni d'omelette... des cuillères en plastique
