Carpet throughout is extremely worn and needs replacing. Room and beds were clean and comfortable. No elevator, must walk up a flight of stairs to rooms above a strip mall. Was quiet though

Great service, clean room, not fancy but exactly what was needed- energy drinks available at front, guest laundry available.

This place was terrible. It was disgusting. No hot water for a shower, soap scum and dirt trails down the shower walls, carpet looked like it was going to get up and walk away. Holes in the walls, Bender from Futurama was carved into the bedside table. Random splatters or I’m not sure what on the doors walls and lamp. “Continental Breakfast” was a joke. Not worth the $133 +tax a night. I don’t understand how Alberta Health Services lets these dumps stay open.

The picture is the way to your room.If you have mobility issues with stairs, not advisable staying here.Stayed 1 night just as a overnight.TV did not work, said it will be fixed on Monday.3 days from now……. Wendys and Tim’s next door…..

Pleasant staff, convenient location, nice rooms, breakfast.

It was a quick stay, friendly staff- cold continental breakfast, quiet room and comfy bed.

Limited breakfast. Old property. No hot water in the shower in the morning.

Locks barely worked on the doors and the slide lock missing. Staff charged me twice on my credit card. Hopefully one charge will drop off. Checked the credit card last minute and found the double charge before leaving. Staff member said they reversed it so idk.

This property could have a better breakfast.

Clean room , comfy bed , shower wasn’t working properly , cable was down so no tv . Other than that it’s good

Never use parking but breakfast is okay and if you don't like what they offer Tim Hortons and other restaurants are around it. Staff is always kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Yes poor staff, if they were even there. Coffee was gross and the mini muffins were old. Pretty sad i expected at the least some quality not cut corners of a cheap already grab n run coffee bar
