Though we booked the guesthouse, but was given the hotel (was told upgraded) which made us easier and had early check-in. Happy about that! Location close to everything. About 10 mins walk to train station. Restaurants downstairs. Shops near by. River Limmat 1 block away and can see through the window a little part of it.

Not far from Zurich HB station, about 5-7 mins walk. The room is bigger than expected. Very clean. It is more than a 2-star hotel. The only comment is that the front desk of Alexander Guesthouse is not at its ground floor. The location of check-in is at Hotel Alexander, which is about 1 min walk from the Alexandef Guesthouse.

以價錢和服務質素, 是一個很值得再入住的地方. 近景點和地鐵站,是一個很方便出入的地方.... 下次再去的話.也會再入住. 雖然CHECK IN 和CHECK OUT的地方要在HOTEL那邊,但那兒的職員很NICE,初次到達,職員還帶我們去入住的地方.

Locate at a noisy district. Lots of insects appear in our room during the two-nights stay; spiders, mosquitoes, and other tiny insects!!!!!! Since room is in Alexander guesthouse while reception only available in Alexander hotel, no service can be offered at night.

房間雖然小了點但品質算蠻不錯，附近機能便利，接近觀光區 缺點是鄰近bar，晚上有時會有點吵 距離火車站約十分鐘路程

離火車站大概十分鐘，附近有很多餐廳，而景點亦在附近，很方便，房間及浴室雖小，但都很清潔。

有名景點都在附近,到車站只要5分鐘,房間採光好裝潢簡潔,插頭多而且考慮到許多國家的規格,許多掛衣及收納,實屬貼心,整體而言服務品質佳.

房間乾淨整齊，室內保持乾淨又溫暖，網路連線穩定，附近路面電車和餐廳都是步行可以到的距離，交通位置方便，離總站不遠，走路步行10分可以到達，飯店人員服務好，講解清楚明瞭!

You can walk or take LRT to hotel. Very convenience. Room is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly.

I'm surprised by the great service, which my room locates in different place from check-in counter, and the waiter take me to the place and carried my luggage for me. The room is with the clean floor that I even can walk with my bare feet, it locates beside of restaurant area but not noisy, I like this hotel very much!

the hotel is located in the old town which is easy to find. and its near the limma river, nice scene, just 1 min walk!!

We stayed in the secondary building at the third floor and there's lift so we didn't need to walk upstairs. The room is still nice, tidy and big. We had an enjoyable trip!

Staff was extremely helpful in getting our room ready early which was really appreciated as we were travelling with our 8 month old daughter. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Nice, clean room. We could really have used a fridge to store baby food and an aircondition unit as the room got very hot during the day. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints

Front desk was supportive and allowed an early check in, which was very helpful given I had been traveling and tired.

Beds were very firm, but otherwise ok.
