La place est bien, la douche aurait besoin d etre remplacee et la meme chosr pour le rideau de douche qui est trop cort puisque l eau de douche vas partout sur le plancher de la salle de bain

La chambre n’était pas propre. Il avait des cheveux et poils dans le lit. J’ai également retrouvé un papier dans mon lit. Quand on est arrivé ça sentait le brûlé et il fessait trop chaud. (22,5 degrés). Quand j’ai appelé pour parler de ma réservation, la personne parlait presque pas français et était impoli.

Juste parfait... propreté, excellent lit, réfrigérateur, micro-onde et même un foyer. Plus un bon café gratuit en se levant le matin.

The Bathrooms need to be very clean

L’hébergement était très bien. C’était propre et bien situé. Seul bémol, durant notre deuxième nuit, nous entendions les occupants de la chambre d’à coté comme s’ils étaient dans la pièce à côté de nous. Il y avait seulement une mince porte (retenue par un bureau) qui nous séparait de l’autre chambre. Je ne sais pas si c’était à cause qu’ils parlaient extrêmement fort ou que nous n’avions simplement pas de voisins durant la première nuit (raison pour laquelle nous n’avions rien entendu). Bref, outre cela, ce fut un beau séjour. Assez bien pour le prix.

The hotel is very accessible and near downtown. So walking distance from restaurants and shops. The hotel needs refreshing and updating though. The room was clean but quite outdated. Some cabinets were broken. I found the bed comfortable and appreciated having different size pillow. I recommend it for short stays for to the proximity to attractions.

La chambre était très propre le lit confortable mais les oreillers sont trop molles. Les serviettes étaient très douces.

I had booked two rooms. One of the two rooms wasn’t cleaned when we had checked in and received the key. The bed had been slept in and not made, garbage in the garbage cans, empty tissue boxes in bathroom, dirty dishes in the sink. The room was changed and new room key delivered in approximately 15min. The second room had clumps of hair in the corner behind the door. Other than that was relatively clean.

Only good point, was very friendly staff and hotel was well located. Bad points…smell on main entrance was very bad. Bed was not very comfortable…bathroom tub was dirty…bathroom sink would not drain until you lifted plug manually…fridge was not cold…called hotel after I made my reservation with Expedia, to advise them I had a small dog and they charged me $50 plus tax yet when I arrived, they told me they didn’t know I had a dog and therefore put me on the 3rd floor instead of first. Plus they charged me $200 (refundable when departing) in case my dog peed on the carpet. Was not allowed to put dog on bed. Hotel said they have advised Expedia on many occasions that they are no longer pet friendly. I won’t stay there again

We often go to this hotel because it is convenient, comfortable and clean. It is a 3 stars hotel and worth no more than this: Scratched walls, burned light bulb, leaking shower, tv in poor condition. No room cleaning for a two day stay. Yet, it is still convenient, comfortable and clean for us.

La réceptionniste etait extrêmement gentille avec un beau sourire. La suite était spacieuse, lit très confortable. Du balcon la vue sur la belle montagne etait magnifique, parcontre autoroute très bruyante meme si on ne la voit pas. Seul point la piscine aurait besoin d'un peu plus d entretien.

L'aspirateur a été passée partiellement.... Il y avait un cerne autour du bain..
