硬件挺好的，吃的也不错， 就是服务有点不那么舒服，位置离海边也不远，气候度假不错，下次订酒店去紧靠海边的。

Our room and balcony was huge and spotless. The AC worked perfectly, even with temps above 30C. The website worked great for requests and finding out about the amenities at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, especially compared to other breakfast buffets.

The staff, the property as well as the rooms we had were clean, well-cared for and the food was excellent.

Es mi primera vez en este hotel. La habitación que escogí era muy amplia, con vistas a una de las piscinas de adultos, en una zona que se supone que es más exclusiva. La configuración de los edificios que completan todo el complejo hace que se haga bastante difícil ubicarse. Me resultó bastante incómodo y poco intuitivo.creo también que le falla la señalización para poder moverse fácilmente entre las habitaciones, la recepción… me he cruzado con dos o tres huéspedes que estaban un poco perdidos por los Pasillos. Fuera de esto, la media pensión fue excelente: tanto la cena como el desayuno, con excelente calidad! El Staff de recepción y del spa , tanto como Del restaurante , muy atentos todos!

Super service, rent ordentligt og god mad

Gode faciliteter - bare ærgeligt at kommunikationen med personalet ikke er tilsvarende de regler de åbenbart skal følge. Vi fik at vide at der var to restauranter for morgenmad og den ene havde sky udsigt. Da vi så ankom det fik vi at vide at vores værelse nr hørte til den anden restaurant ? Måske man så skulle gøre opmærksom på at det ikke kun er værelset man vælger men også morgenmads restaurant og den skønne udsigt?

Hotelpersonal 10 Sterne. Anlage auch super. Verbringe dort einige Wochen im Jahr. Klimaanlage in den Räumen zu schwach, oder wird zentral gesteuert, sodass man selbst nur minimal die Temperatur verringern kann, im Schlafzimmer schwach bei heissen Temperaturen. Fitnessstudio Klimaanlage ebenfalls nicht regelbar und zu schwach. An heissen Tagen ist das auch vielen anderen Gästen aufgefallen.

Ich hatte einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt und kann über das Hotel insgesamt wirklich nichts Negatives sagen. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber und das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich, ich wurde jederzeit nett gegrüßt und hat sich willkommen gefühlt. Auch an den Pools waren immer ausreichend freie Liegen vorhanden. Zur Verpflegung kann ich nichts sagen, da ich diese nicht dazugebucht hatte. Mein einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt ist die Beschilderung innerhalb der Hotelanlage. Ich habe mich tatsächlich regelmäßig verlaufen. Hier könnte die Orientierung definitiv deutlich verbessert werden. Ansonsten war aber wirklich alles super und ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt!

Hôtel très propre . Tout près de la plage de Palma et de son quartier anime . Le gros problème est l isolation entre les chambres . Autant dire aucune isolation , on participe à la conversation . Gros point négatif

Das Sky-Restaurant war super, allerdings wurden die einzelnen Zimmerbeanstandungen/ Reparaturen nur nach mehrmaligen Reklamationen durchgeführt.

Beautiful spacious room with huge private terrace - just lively

Vi hadde rom med privatbasseng. Veldig fint og stort rom. Det som var dumt var at det var en del vepser som fløy rundt i området og havnet i bassenget våres. Men utenom det var det et fint hotel.

The selection of food for breakfast was excellent, and everything was delicious. The hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful throughout. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Lovely old building with spacious rooms and communal areas. However the things that let it down are the aging air conditioning (made it hard to sleep) and the very basic breakfast offering. Overall not bad but did not wow me.

Schönes Hotel, leckeres großes Buffe

A well positioned and calm hotel 500 m away from the hustle and bustle of the beach , staff were unbelievable and dedicated Food and the menu were varied and impressive each day (stayed half board) Suite was large and restocked with coffee tea etc each day and beds were made The cleanliness of the hotel was best I have ever seen There is a lot of Germans visit this hotel but everyone spoke English and were polite and courteous Spa was really nice would stay again

A really lovely hotel, was only there a few days so didn’t use the amenities to their full. Didn’t realise that half board didn’t include drinks although you can get bubbles at breakfast. The food was good and never felt cramped so you could always guarantee a table. The pool loungers were busier at times but the pool itself never crowded. A short walk to a beautiful beach and public transport into Palma not far away. A great short break.
