good location, good staff and reasonable price

The location is great, and the hotel amenities seemed nice, even though we didn’t really use them. However our room was not great - the bathroom was a bit mouldy, and the toilet smelled of burnt hair and it generally seemed a bit worn. The staff was friendly enough.

チェックインした時から洗面所の混合栓の動きが硬く、女性では開閉できないほどでした。そのうちに突然軽くなり（リンクが外れた）水が止まらなくなりました。 修理（交換）に２時間ほどかかり、その間観光に出かけることもできず、不便でした。 部屋に元栓がなく、修理屋は下階の元栓をしめて鋼管工事を行いました。 古い施設であっても、水回りのチェックは頻繁に行うべきであり運営者の意識向上が望まれます。

Very small room and bathroom, shabby cheap furniture if that’s what you can call it. Poor value, just trading on St Émilion name.

Great location, charming hotel, very friendly staff

Fantastic stay! Clean, modern rooms with all the amenities and mostly friendly staff. Only thing to mention is that there was no luggage room, instead we could leave our bags in the open lobby. It was safe but if you have valuables, loose things or non-lockable bags it is worth keeping this in mind.
