綺麗でした

大浴場で足を伸ばす事が出来て良かった。 ベッドのギシギシ音が気になりました。部屋は思ったより、若干ですが広かったです。これは完全に個人の感覚ですのでなんの意味もありませんね。

Une nuit dans cet hôtel car situé à proximité du parc des singes de neige. Hôtel simple mais très propre. Accueil très chaleureux par un monsieur japonais parlant l italien - merci encore !

よかったです

長野マラソン出場のためだと1泊しました。チェックアウトの時間が早朝だったので朝食を利用することができませんでしたが、その代わりとしてゼリーを配布してくれました。心遣いに感謝でした。おかげで完走できました。

部屋が綺麗で朝ごはん美味しくコスパよし

The location is good for skiing around the valley.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was average. Small room, bed was pretty comfy. We didn’t use the artificial onsen. Overall it was satisfactory, but nothing special about this place.

便器のサイズが小さ過ぎます。 男性のスタッフが実際に座って体験して下さい。

スキーのため利用　スキー場にもわりと近くホテル内も綺麗　温泉も暖かく満足でした
