The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and breakfast was great. The selection wasn't crazy, but those are enough for a quick breakfast before going out on an adventure nearby. Quite close to Sunshine City as well!

The staffs are so friendly and accommodating. The explanation, amenities, and the free breakfast is one of the best service of the hotel. Recommended and will book again when I'm returning to Japan.

Hotel yang kecil tapi nyaman dan lengkap. Front desknya sangat ramah dan membantu walau sepertinya kurang fasih berbahasa Inggris. Fasilitasnya lengkap, mulai dari vending machine, ice machine, microwave, laundromat, sampai free wifi semuanya tersedia. Kamar berukuran kecil khas hotel-hotel di Tokyo. Kasur dan bantalnya agak keras dan bagi sebagian orang mungkin tidak nyaman, tapi saya pribadi sih suka yang seperti ini, hehe. Kamar dibereskan setiap hari. Breakfastnya buffet dan pilihannya banyak sekali! Lokasinya tidak terlalu dekat dengan stasiun, tapi within walking distance ke toko-toko yang sering dikunjungi pecinta anime (K-books, Mandarake, Lashinban, Animate). Sangat dekat dengan Tokyu Hands. Karena letaknya dekat rumah sakit, kadang terdengar suara ambulans, tapi tidak terlalu mengganggu. Overall saya sangat suka hotel ini, sangat recommended apalagi harganya tidak mahal. Lain kali saya akan menetap di hotel ini lagi.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, since before they changed their name on 2016, and they never fail to give me a pleasant stay. Really friendly staff who understand english, no hassle check in and check out, adequate room (water temperature & pressure also air conditioning never fails in winter and summer), mattress a bit hard and pillow a bit lumpy though (it's never a problem for me because I always have a good rest). They'll ask you to leave your room key when you get out and take it from the staff when you come back but since I often worry of losing keys this is also not a problem. And it's in Ikebukuro! You can find almost anything you want (convenience store, malls, nearby aquarium, even a tiny park that became super beautiful when the sakura blooms just right behind the hotel), go easily to any destination, and if you love limousine bus to the airport like I do, their stop is just 5 minutes away. Oh also! I love their breakfast buffet. It's really good to have warm miso soup and tamagoyaki every morning, and they also label the ingredients they use.

Very near Ikebukuro Station and it was on really happening street just across the road.

This hotel is in Sunshine city (big game center and shopping mall) but you have to walk 10 mins. to reach hotel but I love this location!
