这是我第一次入住这家酒店，位置很好，吸烟区也不错，而且还包含早餐。感谢假日酒店的服务，希望以后有机会能再次入住。

总体来说还可以，但我要求提前入住，本以为可以立即入住房间，结果还是等了一会儿。而且前台人员也换了。我需要寄存一些东西时，负责人什么也没说，就想让保安帮我取，尽管他们应该解释得更清楚些。

前台工作人员都非常热情周到，乐于助人。会议室助理也做得非常出色，值得表扬！

员工服务周到，食物美味可口，而且靠近各种旅游景点。

地段不错，步行即可到达BTS轻轨国家体育场站和7-Eleven便利店。紧凑的家庭房配有一张双层床，对我的青少年来说足够了，只是睡在下铺时要小心，以免撞到头。

非常舒适的酒店，靠近MBK购物中心。

Strategic location and wonderful staff, will definitely stay over there again when visiting Bangkok.

It was a bad experience for us. I did not stay the same room. But I paid the same, it's not worth it.

Location is strategic! Room is clean and accomodating. I got upgraded my room to the city view. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Good stay and will come back for sure next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I lost my room card, but they didn't charge me. And I could check in early at 13.30. Thank you Holiday Inn Siam, Bangkok.

Loved it. The breakfast offered various food and drinks, my room was with a national stadium view. Check-in time starting from 3 PM, you can leave the bag or luggage or wait at McDonald's just next to it.

Room cleanliness: excellent. Toilet: excellent just the shower bit slippery. The hotel seems to be always crowded and the lobby gets full required more check in staff. Check in time is bad some come from a trip and he can't check in until 15.00. Yes am aware of that previously but something should be done about that.

Small but nice as they have renovated the room. Location is close proximity to many interested area especially shopping mall and easy to find public transportation ie bus, skytrain (we use public transport all the time including from the airport). Breakfast also nice as they serve all kind of food. And, they let me to get late check out as well. Stayed for 5 nights.
