All perfect, great location. Except, some of the towels smelt quite bad.

It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help calling for a taxi.

We stayed in a suite which is a duplex. The room is thus a bit packed. Otherwise the service and everything is good.

相關服務人員態度非常親切，令人印象深刻。飯店就在捷運站的出口，交通相當方便。周邊環境的餐飲服務不少，有許多的選擇。房間相當整潔也夠寬敞，住起來相當舒適。距離白金漢宮、西敏寺、倫敦眼...等重要景點皆很近。

第一天沒有wi-fi，飯店前台一直想辦法要你付錢昇等。冰箱迷你吧不是免費，只有礦泉水不用錢！其他的基

Spacious room with very comfortable bed and bedding. We stayed in a corner room so it was also very quiet too. Hotel staff were friendly too.

地點好，就在St. James Park地鐵站外面，離白金漢宮不遠，步行可到。周圍有costa 和 starbucks，晚上很安靜。

酒店地理位置特別好，對面就是地鐵站，服務也挺不錯的,維多利亞火車站步行八九分鐘，St James公園、Westminster教堂、白金漢宮就在旁邊，穿過St James公園不遠就是奢品購物區.

立地がとても良いです。最寄り駅からすぐで、徒歩圏内に主要観光スポットがいくつもあります。 部屋・朝食・ラウンジ・スタッフの応対どれも素晴らしく、快適に過ごせました。 気になる点としては、最寄駅のSt James's Parkは階段のみ(リフト・エスカレーターなし)なのでご注意を。
