Excellent hotel - very clean and quiet.

Excellent Hotel. Perfect for an over night stay

The hotel is perfectly pleasant. Free parking out the front is very helpful. The restaurant was closed when I stayed there, but there are plenty of options nearby. Check in and out we’re both simple.

Booked late and arrived late. The receptionist was excellent and could nt be more welcoming and helpful .

We traveled from Berlin airport to Hannover late dark night. We booked this hotel since it was located not far from autobahn. And it was good choice, perfect location and good hotel. Since Best Western is a reliable name.

Well presented rooms and great staff - good breakfast.

Very comfortable stay. Picked hotel for ease of access to business meeting but tram stop right outside meant easy access to city centre - trams every 9 mins. Late check in / early check out was no problem. Service efficient and plite throughout my stay. I had a single room but bed was comfortable and room was perfectly adequate. Had a drink first night in reception, and breakfast - all were fine. I would definately stay here again.

The room was not bad except the carpet was a little bit old. The tiles at the lobby were definitely very old. However front desk service was nice and friendly. In general the stay was good for a businessman like me.

The hotel is located towards the end of metro line U3, with a station outside the front door. Frequent service all day, with last tram from centre at 01.47. Quiet surrounding area enables relaxed eating and drinking either in restaurant or in patio area at front. Comfortable rooms.

for little things like snacks, water, etc. go to the gas station across the hotel . For shopping you need to take the tram/train across the street.

Hotels are notoriously poor value during CEBIT and this was no exception. The decor is very 1980's but the staff were friendly and helpful. My biggest grumble with this hotel is that I didn't accrue any Hotels.com membership rewards - shame on you Best Western.

Great hotel for the price. Very nice room - but somewhat small. Very quiet. Large bathroom. Brand new. Overall AAA+++

I was fully satisfied with my stay. Clean and comfortable room and very friendly staff. It was all I needed.

bathrooms was not convenient-small shelves over toilet and sink and everything kept falling off. bathtub very deep and slippery-would not stay again under these conditions.

Das Business-Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, punktet jedoch mit freundlichem Personal und einem guten Frühstück. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn Wasser im Zimmer bereitgestellt würde. Verbesserungen wie die Modernisierung der Zimmer, zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten, besseres WLAN und ein erweitertes Frühstücksangebot könnten das Hotel noch attraktiver machen."

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel.
