Excellent Stay Even Under Extraordinary Circumstances. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the room was tidy, comfortable, and very clean. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. I stayed here on the night Aomori Prefecture experienced the 7.6-magnitude earthquake, and the hotel staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They provided clear instructions in both Japanese and English, stayed calm and professional, and made sure guests felt safe and reassured throughout the night. By the next morning, everything was running like normal, which was impressive given the circumstances. They even had the shuttle running to get me to the airport without any issues. Great service, excellent hospitality, and a hotel that truly cares about its guests. I would absolutely stay here again.

・客室内エアコンが運転と停止を断続的に繰り返し、一定の風量で維持されないため、ファンの音で夜中に何度も目が覚めてしまいます。これはエアコンの仕様の問題ですが、快眠に影響するので要改善です。 ・床清掃が不十分でカーペットに塵が残っています。 ・連泊では、シーツ、布団カバー、枕カバーを交換されないため、夏季は湿気が残っており些か不快です。

Rooms were small, but the hotel facilities and the staff were awesome. Breakfast was great. However, I wish they had a fitness center to workout.

Conveniently located hotel providing easy access to the military base and nearby restaurants. Breakfast was included and very good. There is an onsen on-site; those with tattoos can purchase coverups for a small price to use the baths. Friendly service at the desk and from staff. A wonderful stay overall, so I will definitely book again.

清潔でした。大浴場も女性は狭いけど清潔で使いやすかったです。

新しい建物が建設中で。現施設はそれなりに古いので、それなりの施設でした。特に問題はありませんでした。

コーヒーのサービスと大浴場が良かった。

エアコンが不具合でした。18度まで下げ見ましたが、送風。恐らくコンプレッサーが故障? 夜はそれでもさほど暑くはないので眠れましたが、残念な点でした。

The staff who served us speaks excellent English. They are very helpful and friendly. We have a little issue (not related to their service) and they went extra miles to help us. Really appreciate their service.
