Air condition and television didn't work. Apartment was very dated and service wasn't good. We were a party of 3 but the apartment only had two beds set up initially. Internet was difficult to access which meant we didn't use it for 2 days. The gentleman at reception was impatient when dealing with the paper work that they requested we fill out before accessing the apartment. We paid over £1000 and were not pleased with the purchase when we arrived at the apartment.

Dåligt städat när vi kom. Personalen gjorde dock ett jättejobb i två omgångar och fick det helt ok. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsamma hela tiden. Effektiv och praktisk lägenhet. Smidig promenad till stranden.

Me gustó la ubicación. A 5 minutos andando de la playa del inglés, y a 10 minutos de las dunas de Maspalomas. No me gustó que pone piscina climatizada y estaba HELADA. Lo comentamos en recepción y se hacen los locos ( " ay, pues no sé, tendría que estar a 26 grados... " ). Pues tendría pero va a ser que no. Habitación doble. Se ducha una persona RÁPIDO y la segunda le toca ducharse en agua fría. Lamentable.

We had a great stay here especially for the price you can’t fault it. Rooms are big and kitchen is well equipped. Balcony is also nice and big and so is the pool. Room was cleaned regularly with fresh towels etc. location is also perfect so close to yumbo and the beach

We had a lovely stay. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. The complex, pool and gardens are well maintained and very clean. Our apartment, though not plush, was clean and spacious with a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. Towels, shower soap and washing up liquid were supplied. There is no aircon, which is a real pity, but there is a portable fan. Bars, food places, the lift to the beach, supermarkets and the upper oceanside walkway are all very accessable. The shopping centre complex across from the flats has seen better days, but there are a few lovely wee bars and some outdoor dancing that's worth exploring in there.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean with a decent kitchenette, bathroom, main room & a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. We would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles, but apart from that we were very happy with our stay. We liked the location as it was only a short level walk to the lift down to the beach. Great long sandy beach & good for swimming, sunbathing. Plenty of decent restaurants close & a grocery shop 50m away supplying everything we needed. Close to a main bus stop with regular buses to Puerto Rico, Playa de Mogan the airport and Las Palmas. We would definitely go back.

I booked last minute and was allowed to check in early. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The apartment is very clean, a decent kitchenette with lots of appliances as is the small but perfectly functioning bathroom. Lots of towels and a soap dispenser. The large bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, a safe, 2 single beds and a connecting window to the lounge which us a good sjze and has a tv plus fan. The WIFI is free and super quality! Sunbeds and pool area are also clean and well I used both. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!!

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, 3 min a la playa, un supermercado enfrente y varias zonas de ocio, sin duda lo mejor. El apartamento en sí está bien, está limpio. Falta mucho menaje para hacer comida, una sartén, una pota, un cuchillo y poco más…la cocina bastante lenta. Si no quieres cocinar y no te importa tener lujos este es tu sitio. Tiene una piscina muy limpia y buena zona para estar.

Amplio espacio .El hombre recepcionistar hizo esperar mucho y me dijo que la gente canaria da siempre problemas ,comentario que estuvo de más . El cambio la recepcionista mujer muy simpática . La estadia fue normal ,sin lujos por lo que se paga esta ok . No volvería porque no tolero comentarios discriminatorios de recepcionistas y no esperas de 25 minutos para un check in .
