Room was dirty. Walls have stains. The sheets were dirty as hell. Lobby and hallways have no aircon and ventilation. And no parking.

Unsatisfied. Incomplete services! No free water! No service food! No free toiletries! We're so disappointed!

After staying from other red planet hotels, I had high expectation with this branch considering the price was twice the regular rate. They do not offer room service. No water heater and drinking mugs (compared to other red planet hotels) The room I stayed in needs renovation, quite dirty sinks :( .the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Our favorite to go place for a quick staycation. This is our 5th time to stay here, and everything's just perfect, as always. From the door guy, to the front desk service to the room and amenities, it all seems great. Room is clean, sheets are new, bathroom's amazing, and bed is so soft. Thanks for the amazing stay.

We really had a relaxing overnight at Red Planet Angeles. Though the room might be small, it doesn't matter if you are two persons in the room. The shower room! It's so clean, the hot water suits the weather. I highly recommend if you are planning to shop at SM Clark, Nepo, or if you are into eating! :)

Staff there are not accommodating

According to our guests, front desk was not accommodating when they checked out early in the morning and were not assisted to the restaurant to claim their additional breakfast.

The place is cool and neat however it could have been better if the place will provide a place for smokers. All in all, was a good experience.

Clean room and acomodating, will definitely come back again!.

The internet was very slow and it kept disconnecting. The AC was very crowded. There was no wardrobe in the room.

Professional staff as you would expect from Red Planet! Parking was horrible though. We ended up not using the car in fear of losing the spot
