I am not happy with this hotel at all. They checked my passport and told me the hotel need to transfer me to another hotel, a nearby sister hotel. I don't want to because I booked this hotel because it has a good location, reviews and I checked the way to airport from there already. They insisted and I wonder if they transfer all of the Chinese people(even though I am from Hong Kong) to that sister hotel. I saw many Asians there. I doubt if they want to separate the westerners and Asians/Chinese. Anyway, this is not a good manner of transferring a customer to another old and dim hotel without notice in advance. I do not recommend this hotel. I do not know what situation they would do this transferring. The other hotel is old, dark and not bright not good.

Nice clean room big enough, but the location is a bit far from main island, have to take hotel shuttle bus to go Venice everyday, it's cost €10 a day

All the staffs are very nice and most of them speak very well and fluent English. The rooms are tidy but the bathroom is too small for a 4-star hotel. We could not even turn around when we were having bath. It is not near the airport and Venice center, so it provides shuttle bus service. One-way from/to airport needs Euro 7, while from/to Venice needs Euro 5, that is similar to the bus price. From my point of view, travelers better find hotels inside Venice and travel by train, which can save much time and cost.

Overall, everything was good and everywhere was clean, especially for me since I’m traveling with kids. The room atmosphere was very nice and the children felt comfortable. The whole hotel had a fresh and clean smell.

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurde deutlich, dass das Hotel nicht dem entspricht, was online versprochen wird. Das im Angebot erwähnte Restaurant war geschlossen, sodass wir uns abends nach langen Fußwegen außerhalb versorgen mussten. Der beworbene Shuttle-Service existierte nicht mehr – darüber wurden wir erst vor Ort informiert. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig und zudem hygienisch bedenklich: unter anderem wurden bereits auf den Tischen liegende Cornflakes einfach wieder in den Spender zurückgefüllt. Das Zimmer war weit entfernt von den gezeigten Fotos: Schimmel an den Wänden, beschädigte Oberflächen und ein insgesamt schlecht gepflegter Zustand. In den Hotelfluren lag permanent ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Kanalisation. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt schließlich einen Tag früher abgebrochen, da die Situation unzumutbar war. Für uns absolut keine Empfehlung.

Very clean, modern and a good breakfast

Nos tocó quedarnos esta vez en la parte nueva pero la cama fue terrible! Súper incómoda. Por lo demás limpieza y staff perfecto.

I wasn't very happy as I booked the most expensive room of the hotel, and at arrival i found it unprepared: electricity was off and had to call the reception to fix it, the phone didnt work and I had to go back all the way down to front desk, there were 2 towels randomly in the ceiling, the sofa bed was open with 2 beds despite the booking was for only 2 people and the service was unavailable (as we arrived late) to put it back in place, and finally our double bed was actually made of 2 separate materrasses hence there was a space in between that made the bed uncomfortable. We looked for water and the plastic bottle water in the minibar was used and a left over from the prior guests. The heating control worked but the heating was very weak and we were cold during the night. The hotel staff was very nice and responsive/helpful to these incidents, but those made the arrival and the stay disappointing and not congruent to the description, the 4 stars and the type of room that was sold.

Excelente servicio y experiencia en Venecia

The room was huge with great air conditioning (2 in the room because it was large), skylight in the bathroom and as an added bonus there was an elliptical machine in the corner! Hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. Location was good - quiet, safe, close to airport (taxi €30) and close to tram into Venice (you can buy tickets/passes from front desk). We loved the Smart Hotel in Venice! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our stay was short but sweet! The staff was the kindest we’ve encountered through many travels and SO helpful. The front desk attendant was so nice and available for anything we needed. The rooms were very modern and cozy.

We had a very good stay. The room is very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient, we got the tram to reach Venice and the ticket can be bought at the hotel. Andrea and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful with all our requests. Highly recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel hat einen Zweck: Ohne durch die Stadt zu fahren von der Autobahn runter, parken und mit der Tram für 1,50€ nach Venedig. Das Personal ist professionell. Fahrkarten im Hotel und Haltestelle um die Ecke. Nachts hört man die Straße nicht. Das Frühstück ist gut, sogar Eier mit Speck.
