Rent, trevlig personal och fina pooler. Nära stranden. Blev uppgraderad till två rum med hansutsikt.

Chambre propre, personnel agréable, jardins et piscines très bien.

Cleaning too often. Sometimes no need to clean so often.

Highly recommend, we’ve visited twice given how good this hotel is, and we’ll definitely be returning again!

Brilliant stay! Staff were wonderful from the first moment. Half board food amazing! We had the private swim up pool, which was a lovely novelty. Only one thing was that the room safe shouldn't be an extra at this level of hotel but really, thats the only niggle.

No ocean view. Our room view was of the parking area and approach to the hotel reception. Also view of the road to the beach. So a lot of people watching, if you are so inclined. The walk in shower was large enough to hold a family. The gardens are lovely for having a walk. The food selection was great and delicious.

Excellent hotel - amazing location, great food, incredible staff and so close to the beach. Literally couldn’t fault it.

Llegamos un jueves al Riu Palace Oasis y desde el primer momento supimos que sería especial: el chico de las maletas nos recibió con gran amabilidad, en recepción todo fueron sonrisas y soluciones pese a llegar antes del check-in, y mientras preparaban la habitación nos invitaron a desayunar y a un cóctel; en menos de una hora subimos a una estancia en planta alta, con cama matrimonial, limpieza impecable, buenas vistas y aislamiento perfecto, además de un servicio de limpieza rapidísimo; el hotel funciona en media pensión y las cenas fueron abundantes, variadas y de calidad, servidas por un personal encantador que disfruta su trabajo; nunca escuchamos un “no”: desde pequeños gestos hasta gestionar transporte por un vuelo temprano o atendernos cuando me sentí mal, todo se resolvió con rapidez; las bebidas no están incluidas pero los precios son correctos y la carta amplia; al ser un hotel familiar hay niños en las piscinas y en verano el agua puede sentirse caliente, aunque los jardines son preciosos y el acceso directo a la playa y el ambiente tranquilo hacen que la experiencia sea única; en resumen, la mejor estancia de nuestras vidas y, tras vivirla, volveremos y nos haremos socios de Riu.

Excellent location right close to the beach, promenade. Lovely grounds, swimming pools. Wonderful staff very friendly and polite. My gripe is that there was no free mineral water in room on arrival, were so in the fridge but chargeable. Also we had half board again no free complementary water. We had to purchase it. We have been to other hotel chains where they were not so stingy
