The secret onsen is excellent and provides privacy to you while you can enjoy the hot spring and the environment.

Very good onsen, dinner and breakfast is just fantastic! The price for the room is reasonable. Highly recommend visit the hotel with self drive vehicles. The location is not close to anything.

員工服務態度好好，又會幫忙搬行李回房間，溫泉開放時間長，由入住時間到等二朝10點，食物質素佳，早餐有西式或日式選擇，我兩日都選擇日式，好食之餘份量重好多，值得入住！

The service is good. As we got into the hotel, a staff would give a brief introduction of the hotel and led us into the room. In the restaurant, the waiter introduced the dishes to us. They are helpful.

旅館服務十分好！旅館好隱蔽私人度好高，一開始無訂到晚餐，後來問可否加也可以盡量配合到。暫時訂私人露天溫泉也很喜歡。離開旅館後忘記拿走的東西也可以安排寄送回香港，整體來說十分滿意。

有中文服務員，服務態度非常好，住宿舒適，溫泉人很少很舒服。食物也不錯，懷石料理賣相非常精緻。周邊環境很好，已經有火紅楓葉，非常美麗。唯一不足的是發email預約接送車服務沒有收到回覆，但上官網留言還是會有回覆的。

Absolutely enjoyable stay at this onsen hotel. Location was excellent: only 30 mins train to JR station, where they sent a punctual and polite driver to pick us up, drove us directly to the hotel within 20 mins. Staff was caring and welcoming there and are very helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The private onsen was magical with the view of red leaves. Food was truly stunning. We enjoyed all dishes and had a wonderful onsen experience here with reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

Good place for relaxation. Good service. Good food.

房間真的很完美, 好整潔, 晚餐一般, 味道都ok, 早餐就有啲驚喜, 好靚. 房內沒有私人溫泉, 唯有享用public溫泉, 有1個室內, 和2個1人用的小型室外溫泉和1個大既室外溫泉. 而酒店既shuttle bus 則需加多些行走時間, 當日11點check out, 而酒店車早上最後一班同樣是11點, 因我們遲了5分鐘, 所以錯過了, 要自行拿着行李坐巴士去龜崗站, 極麻煩.

日本道地的溫泉飯店，還有私人溫泉可供選擇（需加費），覺得很棒

如果想體驗傳統日式住宿，這間非常古色古香的日式溫泉酒店可以帶給旅客頂級的體驗，加上有溫泉，十分美好。

服務員很有禮貌，很懂顧及客人的需要。我們遲了check in服務員不只提供茶點，仍很關心客人的需要。

經朋友推薦，是間很有特色的旅店，最喜歡寧靜的環境。駕車前往，更有免費停車場，十分方便，值得一試！ 也體驗到日本人的專業及傳統文化，很感動。下次會想試他們的料理，一定會再來哦！
