The breakfast was quite limited. Sometimes they add raw onion in omelette. They also block half of morning dining room so I had to wait for 5-10 minutes every morning at 10am for free table and for fork and knife. Menwhile the blocked area had all the tables ready but not used. The rooms are very dated. Not a fan of purple colours everywhere. I will probably wont stay there again unless its super cheap because its very close to Yumbo.

Unverantwortlich schlechtes Benehmen vom Rezeptionspersonal NACH dem Einchecken. 3 mal funktionierte die Zimmerkarte nicht und wir mussten 3 mal am Stück eine Wegstrecke zum Zimmer zurücklegen, von ca 80Meterm trotzdem bemühte man sich nicht Hilfestellung zu leisten. Das Zimmer war auf dem Stand achtziger Jahre, dementsprechend ABGEWOHNT, wie auch sämtliche Hotelflure. Betonen muss man die Dame während des Check in, die freundlich war. Das Frühstück wurde erst ab 8 Uhr angeboten, ein „Early Bird“ war nicht möglich. Fazit: wir kommen nicht wieder.

Great location, pool area nice, but very hard to get sun loungers. Not enough beds. Rooms tired and dated, TV was older than me. Cockroaches in my bath.

Ottima scelta a colazione, personale splendido dalla cucina alle pulizie ed alla reception...cordialità e disponibilità ovunque nella struttura.

Un séjour très agréable, le personnel est très efficace, serviable et très aimable. La nouvelle méthode pour les serviettes de piscine est un peu compliquée, repasser par la réception pour la changer n'est pas pratique du tout, alors que le surveillant de piscine en a plein près de lui. Une amélioration côté TV, ajouter des chaînes nationales françaises TF1 F2 F3 M6 au moins, comme pour les allemands.

Auswahl an Essen völlig ausreichend. Es ist alles sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Half board food had plenty to choose from, but nothing was more than expected. Salad selection super fresh. Beds really comfortable, and location near the Yumbo was super convenient. As a solo traveller I found this was perfect for me, during bear carnival week. The hotel is beyond inclusive and I felt very welcomed and at home here. Its true that some of the hotel needs some TLC, cosmetic touches and structural repairs but nothing major. Also surprisingly quiet considering its location to nearby nightlife and restauarnts etc. This has been my 2nd visit and im sure ill be back.

Upplevelsen i receptionen liknar faulty towers, ingen eller obegriplig information om strand bussar, strand handdukar, restaurang, om man vill boka taxi skall man göra det 48h före man behöver den:-), men det finns alltid taxi utanför dörren, kanske beror det på dålig Engelska. Annars hade hotellet en trevlig restaurang med bra mat. Använde inte poolen då den ligger nära en livligt trafikerad gata. Men billigt med taxi till stranden.

Also das Team an sich ist super lieb aber die Ausstattung ist eben seit dem 1960 nicht mehr angefasst worden. Für den Preis kriegt man auf jeden Fall woanders was modernes aber eben weiter entfernt.

We were initially given a room with a 3 minute walk with 2 flights of stairs from reception. Too far with cases, no offer of help. We were given another room but had to lose a morning waiting! The food variety was good but quality poor. We did try the à la carte but the service was terrible, and the main course of salmon was poor and mostly inedible. The whole experience took just under 2 hours. More information on what was on both in the hotel and outside especially as it was Carnival Week would have made our stay more enjoyable. Outdoor breakfast area was pleasant and staff helpful.

Extensive breakfast, lovely pool area, clean and tidy rooms. Great central location.
