Amazing property with wonderful staff and services. Excellent choice which I recommend to all

The entrance of the room was dirty. The welcome was very poor although the hotel wasn’t crowded + my check in was after rush hour time. No one was there to take the luggage! Until I had to ask for one!! NOT A RITZ EXPERIENCE AT ALL!

The hotel is very clean and truly amazing. One of the best lobbies I’ve seen, with excellent facilities that really stand out. Overall, the common areas are impressive and well maintained. The only downside was that the room felt a bit used and could benefit from some updates. Still, a great stay overall.

Staff at check in was not friendly and communicated poorly

Is a Palace!!! Beautiful, stunning and the service is very exceptional and exclusive attention, you realize that the Saudi people are very happy that you are visiting their country and explain with detail their culture, and history. Me and my family were so satisfied with their friendship and respectful interaction. Saudi Arabia is very safe and friendly country and we will be back next time for a different town and keep appreciating their culture!!!!

We LOVED this palatial property. The lobby florals were stunning and changed daily. We got a room overlooking the front fountains which I recommend. The swimming pool is the largest & fanciest I’ve ever seen. The service was incredible. Alesia in the lobby was very helpful and kind. Fascial the butler was equally attentive and funny. Shukran for a fabulous stay.

Made a mistake and reserved the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh instead of Jeddah. I arrived only 2 min later at the reception in Jeddah - they contacted the Riyadh hotel, but they showed zero support or flexibility. No cancellation possible. I asked if I could at least change the date and come another time - they also refused. I would have expected a more customer friendly approach from the Ritz-Carlton.

Amazing as always. Everyone was super helpful, truly the best staff (special shout out to Abdulrahman) room was clean, plus I really enjoyed the National Day celebrations! :)

The service is second to none. Our server Hendrey and Inshaf were great and provided top notch service. Definitely will come back for the breakfast.
