Nice staff, pleasant room & fabulous breakfast. Plus, a very nice rooftop bar

Gikk ikke an å justerere temperatur på bad til ønsket verdi, kun +3 fra grunninnstilling. Ubehagelig med så kaldt bad. Ingen bacon til frokost trekker ned, måtte spørre om det, og da fikk jeg en liten skål fra kjøkkenet.

Likes: + Location: 8 min walk from the central station, also within walking distance of several nice restaurants, shopping malls, and main attractions. + Breakfast Buffet: Healthy, hearty, and diverse to address all tastes. Dislikes: - Check-in receptionist: Unlike most of the very friendly professional staff, it was a very unpleasant experience having to deal with that receptionist. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Anyway, I highly recommend using the self check-in station for a more dignifying experience! - Room: Narrow, poorly lit, with towels' hangers inconveniently placed near the floor and immediately above the toilet seat (but now hangers behind the toilet door for exsmple!). Also, the AC heating is limited to only 3 degrees above the auto temperature (so, pack heavy winter PJs!).

Nice room, excellent breakfast, excellent location and very nice people.

Magnificent hotel with great facilities, space, very modern and close to the city. Our bedroom was on the seaside with a gorgeous view over the fjord. The bed was very cosy and the towels soft. I enjoyed the generous breakfast in the morning and the free access to the spa in the building next door. There’s a bus no25 around the corner that takes you to the city. Train station is otherwise only 10 min away on foot.

Frokosten bar fantastisk, men veldig stnd at skybaren var stengt på grunn av et privat arrangement. Hadde sett fram til å ta turen opp på nyttårsaften.

En suveren frokost

Fine rom, rent og pent, gode senger, fin utsikt, veldig god frokost med mye utvalg. Men å sover +22 grader er ikke spesielt behagelig. Selv med null grader utendørs og vindu «åpent» var det fortsatt for varmt i rommet om natten. Eneste mulighet for innstilling var å sette -3 grader på baderoms regulator. Gjorde ikke merkbar forskjell på problemet.

Det var veldig gode senger, fin frokost og hyggelige serviceinnstilte ansatte. 😊

The bed was one of the best I've slept in - topper, linen, all great - and the complimentary coffee also really good (beats Nescafé, and I know it's a tiny detail, but in the depths of winter, it matters!). Breakfast was plentiful, and the Nør restaurant also great for a Christmas meal. The bar staff were also lovely. It was a shame there weren't more food options available over Christmas, but even so, I had a wonderful stay.
