So the room was tiny. The aircon was broken. The toilet wasn't so clean. That said the staff were friendly and accommodating, bar wasn't expensive and the range of food on offer was good. Breakfast was average. Its okay for a couple of nights and is close to other places to eat.

Great hotel and very helpful staff. Located close to other restaurants and fast food outlets. Good breakfast. Only let down by in house restaurant not being open at weekends.

A good stop-over on the way home although the room was very small. Exceptional breakfast and friendly staff.

A simple but practical hotel with good size bed. The breakfast offerings were good - cold cheeses & meats, breads, pastries, cereals, hot drinks and freshly squeezed juice. Unfortunately no onsite evening food options, but there are enough close by to make up for that. Plentiful onsite parking.

After a long drive in a car with aircon on a journey where the exterior temperature reached 40C; 37C at the hotel on arrival; I walked into my room where the aircon was on and it was a much appreciated cool welcome. Thank you to the hotel.

good access to all tv channels ,we managed to watch British games on match of ze day !!

Never been disappointed yet. That’s why I keep re-booking. Handy for autoroute yet quiet, good facilities in vicinity if required. Good breakfasts.

I cannot fault the service provided at this hotel. The room was fine, the breakfast excellent and the staff exceptionally pleasant. Two of the staff cheerfully helped us to jump start our car when we found we had a flat battery

Hotel is basic but comfortable, rooms are small . It’s a business hotel - breakfast is simple and does the job

Free parking. Location good straight off the motorway so we could get on with our journey in the morning. Reception as always very good. Room very clean and comfortable which is all we need.

Welcoming arrival, sanitising stations readily available. Clean room, decent breakfast (considering the pandemic, reminding us of what wasn't currently available), and friendly staff, )good morning greetings from them). Good to be back at this hotel for our travel stop over and to be in France again.

Another pleasant, comfortable stay at this well maintained hotel. It has become our preferred first choice hotel in Val de Reuil. The 24 hour front desk takes away any stress of late arrivals and/or non functioning automatic room allocation machines.

Very friendly and efficient receptionist. New breakfast routine clearly displayed and order taken. Good management of routes for guests in and out. We have already made repeat bookings, as was this one.

Great motel, easy access to Rouen and a good overnight stop off before heading to Calais/Bolougne. Room was spacious and clean. Surprising good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, fabulous selection of cheeses and breads. Plenty of parking.
