At first, we had issues with our room accommodation. After we escalated it to the front desk, they immediately responded to our needs and gave us a complimentary overnight stay. We decided to use it the next day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we'll come back again.

Great room. The pool area on top of the hotel was awesome along with the view. The wifi was reliable and fast. The buffet breakfast was excellent

Expensive parking fee. Breakfast was so so. Not itching to go back.

Guards are not that attentive to assist us. I'm holding a 3 months old baby and bags, and hindi ako pinagbuksan ng pinto from exit door and yung guard na nagbabantay ng car namin hindi din ako tinulungan. I left one of my things sa hotel.room and called the hotel sinabi nila wala sila nakita sa room. Hindi nila ineendorse yung mga nakakalimutan sa room. Worst ever! Iadd pa ang parking fee worth 600!

we found this hotel very convenient to stay in if you want to explore GH. our room has the basic amenities, my loved our room especially the bath tub. so glad we got a good deal from app. PS their parking is not free. it's a pay parking. we got P600 for the whole stay.

The room has a great view of the sunset. The wi-fi was fast and reliable. Will try to stay at the penthouse suite in the near future. As always the front desk staff, hotel crew and security were awesome.

Water at the bathtub, shower and basin is not hot. Waited for the housekeeping to address concern with the engineering staff and it took time. They repaired while we were there and yet still not working. We were transfered to another room almost midnight and we were already too tired. No manager was assigned at night shift, only the receptionist, audit and housekeeping addressing the concern. Terrible experience on our first time :(

The hotel staff were accomodating. The room was okay. Connecting thru the internet was troublesome, good thing had a backup internet. The bed was cozy enough. Location is superb!

It was great but the remote control was wrong for the tv. It should have been a sky cable remote. Good thing the staff were able to correct it fast.

This was my one extended stay it was all worth it with free breakfast this time.
