整体很好，服务热情，只是酒店旁边在进行海底隧道施工，比较吵

整体服务不错，房间打扫也很到位。早餐种类丰富。就是被安排在电梯口 有点吵。

This Hotel is situated in excellent location. With city views and next to the Dalian Harbour. Not far from the Dalian airport . The facilities and services are being maintained in international standard. Buffet breakfast may require more varieties... quite satisfied with their hospitality. Executive rooms and lounge are being professional services..... highly recommended this hotel..

果然如大家認知的刻板印象~ 北方的服務就如此, 即使是五星級飯店系統培訓出來的。 沒有不禮貌, 但就是萬達希爾頓服務人員反應及態度都不到位。 甚至不如某些南方的三星級飯店服務態度, 更遑論跟同等級的南方五星級飯店比較。 前檯人員明顯不足, 讓好幾組客戶久候辦理入住。或許訂房有問題, 但前台人員的確是不足的。讓人很詫異的五星級飯店

餐厅厨师不专业 菜品很少。酒店装修一般 尤其客房床头柜有修补痕迹

卫生不好，各方面达不到五星级标准。

Under snow cannot get taxi back to the hotel. Not conveneient location at all !

The staff went above and beyond to help with any issues I had. I even wanted to buy one of their pillows, they made it happen. The only downside was that you had to either call a taxi or ask for help calling a taxi, but there’s a concierge desk right by the front door that can help make that happen.

本当に気持ちのよい滞在でした。 一年前にも同じタイプの部屋に泊まりました。その時にはチェックアウトの日にお部屋を数日間掃除いただいた清掃員の方がお手紙を書いてくれました。今回の滞在でもその清掃の方を指名しました。清掃員の指名はなかなかないと思いますが、あえてフロントでお願いしました。 今回の清掃もとっても丁寧で、またお手紙をいただきました。 その清掃員の方の名前は、李华さんです。 とっても優しくて、人思いで、いろんなことに気がつく方です。 また、他のスタッフの方もとっても親切で、優しく、ユーモアもあり、非常に楽しい時間となりました。 そして、やはり外せないのが、朝食です。 最高に美味しいです。
