Personal alles top ! Leider kakalaken im Zimmer und schmutziges Zimmer das hat mich sehr gestört. Frühstück war alles ok und reichlich Würde aber noch nochmal in dieses Hotel kommen

Personal immer hilfsbereit, Essen täglich das gleiche, Kinderrutschen sollten gereinigt und gewartet werden, Animation sehr lustig aber jeden Tag gleich

Clean room, beds moved a little too much though but everything was cleaned most days unless we requested not to and the staff were super friendly.

Parfait

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool has plenty of sunbeds and even a little hot tub. There is also a little shop were you buy drinks if needed. The bar drinks prices are very reasonable. And there was a free water fountain which saves you buying bottle after bottle. The food was much better than the usual hotel buffet. They had theme nights with tacos, a chocolate fountain and ice cream. Also close to a supermarket and a cafe if needed and a 10, 15 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre. If that's not your bag they also have entertainment every evening such as bingo or a singer. One improvement I would make is having a mini fridge in the rooms, but such a minor issue for such a nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

God variert frukost.

We hebben 6 nachten gebleven. Waren heel erg mooi. Het eten is lekker personeel zijn heel aardig. Leuke zwembad. Dichtbij alles. Alles wordt elke ochtend heel schoon en tegelijkertijd is het goedkoop.

Die Lage war das Beste...

Veldig bra hotell som har alt man trenger og man kan gjøre utflukter rett utenfor døren. Perfekt sted når man reiser med barn.

Good breakfast, nice room but ‘kitchenette’ is stretching it, there was a fridge and a tea making tray! Busy hotel in the heart of Playa del Ingles, lovely staff and very clean
