This property charges hotel rates but operates much more like an Airbnb. Before arrival, I received an email stating that online check-in was required due to Austrian regulations. This appears to be misleading. The real reason seems to be that reception closes before many guests arrive, so you collect your key from a lockbox instead. Around 24 hours before checkout, I received a text asking what time I would be leaving. As I was busy and hadn't replied, they followed up with "???". I found this unprofessional and quite rude. I'm a paying guest, not a friend being chased for a reply. Although housekeeping replaces towels and makes the bed, there is no real room cleaning. Guests are also expected to take out their own rubbish before leaving, and there's a cleaning charge on top. Again, this feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The biggest issue was the room temperature. It was well over 30°C inside, and you could feel the heat as soon as you walked in. Sleeping was extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up drenched in sweat. At checkout, when I mentioned the excessive heat after being asked if everything had been satisfactory, the response was simply that "it's summer." That's not an acceptable answer. Even if air conditioning isn't available, providing fans or acknowledging the issue would have shown some concern for guest comfort. Don't ask for feedback if you're not prepared to receive it. Overall the property looks stylish, but the guest experience doesn't match the price.

wonderful location and site. Be aware it is at the top of a large winding road. Great to ski in-out but not in April.

Excellent accommodation. Studio room with kitchenette, perfect for my style of travel. Modern and stylish, great breed, fantastic shower / bathroom, external balcony, high end appliances in kitchen for breakfast and daytime snack making. A great price too for a Summer stay I extended my overnighter by three more days. A great bonus was the free Summer Guest Card giving fee less access to local Gondolas, public transport and pools as well as discounts on other experiences. Property situated on valley side in a stunning location surrounded by mountains. Great comms by the team here too. I've not had a chance to check out the pool and other free wellness facilities. Highly recommended. Note also that many of the pics on Google Maps appear to be prior to the new modern building on site.

Nous avons loué un appartement avec deux chambres pour cinq nuits et avons été ravis de la qualité des prestations : une belle vue, une prise électrique pour notre voiture, d'excellentes installations comme la piscine, le sauna et le hammam, ainsi que la possibilité de cuisiner et de faire la lessive. Le personnel était attentif, et nous avons même eu droit à une petite attention pour un anniversaire, merci ! Sölden propose de nombreuses activités, notamment grâce à la Summer Carte, qui offre entre autres une montée gratuite par jour vers les sommets des Alpes. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux.

Estrutura muito boa da propriedade, piscina,vista e conforto do quarto muito bom. Mas não espere serviço de resort, praticamente tudo é self-service. Atendimento frio dos atendentes e horário reduzido de recepção.

Very nice property but they do not have a shuttle. I would not recommend this property for anyone who is coming to Sölden without a car as the taxis will gouge you (25 euro for a short drive into town).

Alles super. Luxus zu fairem Preis. Späterer Check-out wär aber besser.

Die Kage ist perfekt, allerdings könnte an Der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden. Wir waren zu 9 im Zimmer. Gläser gab es leider nicht genug

The sleeproom, badroom,... everthing was very clean. I already made many trips but this was one of the cleanest hotel (apartment) where I stayed. I had a small problem with internetconnection and receptioniste helped me immediately

So much room! Super clean, very well provisioned and appointed. We stayed before the peak ski season, so the ski-in/ski-out runs were closed, but we can’t wait to return when there is more snow - perfect location.

The atmosphere of the resort really contributed to the perfect alpine-feeling!

Wir hatten ein Apartment für 2 Personen, welches uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Apartment ist super eingerichtet: Kaffeevollautomat, Spülmaschine etc. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Sauna, welche direkt in dem Apartment integriert ist! Brötchen können vorbestellt werden und werden jeden Morgen vom Bäcker ausgefahren. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Lediglich der Fußweg zum Zentrum ist nicht optimal. Hierfür sollte man ein Taxi einkalkulieren.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön etwas oberhalb von Sölden direkt an der Piste gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und sehr organisiert!

My family and I stayed here on a last minute trip. We weren't sure what to expect, but were absolutely delighted by what awaited us. We had our own apartment with private sauna. Each of us had our own bedrooms and we paid to have fresh bread delivered every morning. Sabrina and Benjamin are excellent, proactive hosts, and do their best to make sure everyone enjoys their stay.

Dejligt oplevelse, hvor alt var super fra hotellets side. Hotellet ligger desværre lidt væk fra byen og kun få bus tider, men dertil skal der nævnes der er Ski In og Ski Out. Meget søde ejer af hotellet, de vil rigtig gerne hjælpe.
