El hotel estaba muy bien, lo único si no tienes coche es la localización, que no hay muchas cosas cercanas de servicios, como mucho el centro comercial Nassica a unos 25-30 mins andando

Camera Pulita e gestito bene unico problema è stata la vicinanza a una zona piena di traffico quindi piuttosto rumorosa ed è necessario avere auto per qualsiasi cosa

It was like staying in a ramada Inn on a highway in the 1990's because the hotel was FAR from Madrid the city. We went 8 train stops, a long bus ride and longish walk to get there from Madrid. We were in the middle of an industrial area--not even in Pinto, the town where the train station was. This hotel should not be advertised as a place to stay in Madrid, Spain. The room was large and comfortable, except we couldn't get the air conditioner to stop and we were cold.

Bel hôtel, personnel très amical et serviable, la chambre était très propre et il y avait beaucoup de variété pour le déjeuner.

Maybe at the time, this was a 4-star hotel, but not anymore. The executive suite has a bed made of springs and a terrible pillow. Terrible back pain. Despite this, the room is nice and allows one to relax. Nice restaurant service. Breakfast was generous in variety, but the quality didn't seem that good.

Although the hotel was clean, the room smelled too bad because of smoking even they gave me a non smoking room. If you do not have a car, it is too far from city, but close to a shopping center.

Todo en orden. Un poco sorprendente que te cobren nada más llegar. Eso no me ha gustado y no obstante que te ofrezcan hacerte socio de la cadena. Poco comercial la verdad…

Horrible, el agua salia sucia, la calefaccion no funcionaba, agua de ducha con poca presion y fria

Breakfast was great, delicious. Staffs responded quickly and efficiently. Roon was spacious. Clean spolessly. Right next highway, but very quite. Nothing to claim.
