Very cozy, couldn’t ask for more!

Communication and check-in was excellent and easy. The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. The area around the apartment is working class Vienna a playground with in 5min walking distance.

Good communication with the company and nice place to stay

Ok neighborhood but noice from the street is loud 24/7 with very thin windows. We often wrongly thought we had forgotten to close a window due to high street noice level. We needed ear plugs to be able to sleep. The apartment is non-smoking but there was a lot of smoke anyway, entering from outside. Appliances in the apartment needs service. E.g., lamp without sockets, a very dirty ventilation or holes in the bed sheets.

Angenehmes Appartement zum Glück mit Lift, da es im 5 Stockwerk ist. Gute Ausstattung. Interessantes Viertel mit vielen verschiedenen Kulturen und guter Anbindung zum Zentrum.

Facilmente raggiungibile il centro, lidl a 100 m. La casa è spaziosa e dotata di ogni confort

דירה נהדרת באיזור השקט מאוד של וינה מצויידת בכל מה שצריך קרובה מאוד לסופרמקטים וחנויות נוחות ולכל תחבורה. בהחלט מקום לחזור אליו. התקשורת עם הצוות הוא בעיקר מיילים לכן יש לשים לב לכל מייל שמתקבל מהחברה המפעילה. מאוד אהבנו.

L'appartamento si trovava al quarto piano di un edificio di 5 piani con ascensore, con fermata del bus davanti al portone. Lidl a 100 mt. Le foto non corrispondono all'appartamento in cui ho soggiornato, ma probabilmente sono di altri alloggi nello stesso palazzo, arredati in modo simile. Ad ogni modo il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo come anche l'accoglienza. Sui letti abbiamo trovato i teli da bagno e dei pacchetti di wafer Manner. In bagno c'era il phone e dei flaconcini di doccia schiuma. Cucina cieca attrezzata di tutto l'occorrente con lavastoviglie. La pulizia poteva essere fatta in modo migliore ma comunque ottimo per visitare Vienna. Personale gentile, ci ha permesso di lasciare nei loro uffici i bagagli dopo il check out.

God oplevelse, rent og pænt rum og alt virkede. Foto som vises er fra et andet sted/rum men det lå på 4 sal og ikke på 1. sal som i beskrivelsen. TV mangler en fjernstyring???? Brug lokal transport det virker og er billigt.

Die Unterkunft war ansich ganz gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Wir hatten ein sauberes Zimmer mit Küche (war soweit alles vorhanden) und Bad. Alles recht klein aber fein. Was jedoch sehr schade ist, dass unser Zimmer nicht mal einem Zimmer auf den auf Expedia angezeigten Bilder entsprochen hat. Somit waren wir ziemlich erstaunt, als wir in unserer Unterkunft ankamen.

Apartment suited our needs and capable of sleeping five. Inconvenient regarding the key situation - three keys, one for the front door of the building, one to open and turn on the elevator, then the third for the front door of the apartment. Other than that, no problems. Very kindly came to our help having locked the set of keys in the apartment and in a quick time too. Was all the more enjoyable as Ireland beat Austria 1-0!!

Upon arrival it was clear that the photo on the booking site was misleading and wasnt even a photo of the same apartment. The whole place smelled pretty bad, the toilet especially so. We had to buy air fresheners and spray each room everytime we came back. The cupboard under the sink was dirty and mouldy, which is where the smell came from i expect. As for the cleanliness, there was a large amount of dust under the table and bookcases which suggest it hadnt been swept or hoovered for many months. Begs the question of why you are expected to pay 35 euros cleaning fee when the place isnt clean? Finally the bed sheets were ripped and the batteries missing from the TV remote. Overall quite poor...

Appartement vaste et bien relié aux transports en commun Viennois mais situé au 4è étage sans ascenseur. Appartement très propre, mais on est déçu dès l'entrée par la mauvaise odeur (d'origine indéterminée) régnant dans la cuisine. Remise des clefs un peu complexe nécessitant une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand ou de l'anglais.

Standort gut, Küche unhygienisch (Schimmel). Hygiene in Küche u. Badezimmer/Toilette. Nicht funktionierende Lüftungen Matrazen/Schlafsofa müssten erneuert werden. Verauchte Nichtraucherwohnung. Am Rande der Innenstadt Wien. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Haus möglch. Fahrstuhlnutzung war sehr hilfreich.
