Great location, helpful staff. The only part that needs improvement might be the toilet, which take some time to flush after the first use.

位置鄰近underground. 往來旅遊點和機場十分方便. 房間整齊清潔, 空間充足, 是經過一天遊覽後可以 好好休息的地方. 廚房設施齊備, 即使設備有問題很快就有職員幫忙. 附近有supermarket 和洗衣店, 方便處理洗衣和買食物在房間煮食. wifi 很穩定. 職員helpful 也friendly. 只是房間內的傢俬有很多sharp edge (如衣櫃和床架間空間太窄), 電視下有塊玻璃放remote control 的邊角很尖, 容易碰到做成損傷. 整體感覺很好, 再來倫敦會再住, 也會推薦給朋友

雖然外面氣溫不是很高, 但是房間還是悶熱, 空調已經調到18度, 空調出口幾乎沒風 最後給了我們兩個電風扇; 廚房設備完善, 餐具應有盡有; 客廳兼餐廳的空間寬敞, 臥室空間也不小, 惟淋浴空間很小; hotel附近就有地鐵站, Bus Station還可以搭到City Bus Tour, 非常便利; 多間餐廳與兩間超市(其中一間Tesco Express是24小時)可以選擇, 真的很不錯的一個區域

room 205 2 bedrooms was good and new， staff are nice， we had great experience stay at Harrington, will go back for sure.

前台人員態度友善。 懷疑有工作人員自行內進房間。CHECK-IN入住時，留意到洗手間毛巾掛架原本有一個地方脫落了， 第一天外出前，在門外掛上請勿打擾的掛牌，晚上回到房間後，毛巾掛架脫落的地方修補好。因掛上了請勿打擾的掛牌，事前事後也沒人通知，故感覺不太好。

地理位置十分好，距離地鐵站只有2分鐘路程。房間整潔，有提供梳洗用品，唯獨沒有牙刷。房間備有廚房，煮食用品齊全。員工有禮，其中兩晚沒有熱水洗澡，他們能即時處理。

Friendly staff. Quiet but very good location. Near underground station. Very convenient.....Around the hotel, there are supermarkets, variant kinds of restaurants.

We had 3 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. Good location and there is supermarket, restaurant next to it. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Will book again in next trip on London.

About 1 to 2 mins walk from the underground Around the hotel, there were fast food shop, ATM and supermarket... enough for basic life We arrived at 0700 and the staff tried their best to arrange a room sooner then the actual check in time Smooth check in progress But the lift was old and crowded could carry only one man and one luggage at the same time The room was tidy although not a very large one The kitchen had oven also No big problems I could remember But the wall was quite thin because you might hear voice or door closing

我們上午到達，未獲分配房間,傍晚返回,被安排在一層電梯坯了的楼層房間,要自己將行李拖樓梯到房間。那房本与隣房相通,一門之隔,脕上隣房的燈光與住客談話聲,都清楚看到和聽到。深宵時丈夫的鼻鼾聲擾及隣房住客,換來憤怒的報復性敲打噪音還擊，大家都一夜沒好睡。浴室本來十分濶大，但内鑲有供老人或傷殘人士用的椅子，阻礙沐浴,簾門設計差,浴後滿地積水,拖鞋也濕透。
