Beautiful roof terrace to enjoy breakfast

Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, at check-in we were specifically told that if we arrive late and leave the hotel before eight in the morning we do not pay for parking on the road in front of the hotel behind the blue line, we did so and received a report from the police. It is very unfortunate that they misled us and caused us heartache and an unnecessary and expensive financial report

The hotel is nice, clean and modern. Personal were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was just ok. Only one cons… they need upgrade the towels… very poor quality and old but clean. I would come back.

I often come to Liberec for work, and I always try to stay in this hotel. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities, and the staff is very professional and helpful. I like the breakfast spread, which can be eaten out on the patio weather allowing. The location is optimal for transportation in and beyond Liberec, and it is near some good restaurants and the shopping mall. Not all hotels in Czech Republic have air-conditioning, but this hotel does and I greatly appreciated it during the July heat. I left some things by accident in my room, and the manager kindly arranged for them to be kept safely for me until I could pick them up. I'll be back!!!

Nice hotel, all good. Limited parking spaces.

The hotel is in central location of Liberec. Due to covid19 reception was closed and no much options in the bar. Breakfast was basic and I had to ask to bring several items which wasnt there (bread, tea, etc) some staff wasnt really nice. When we arrived on first day the girl was very helpful and recommended us some places to visit. Room was spacious with comfy bed. We had a terrace but view over the buildings so not very nice plus there is no light so not much for usage.

It was great that we had a top floor room, nice view and overall pleasant experience. For the time we got there, and for the fact that no one else was there, I would have expected earlier, 1 hour, to be offered, however we were advised that check in was not able. Otherwise, we liked the experience.

Great location, nice and clean room

We loved this hotel, very modern, clean and right in the city centre! Excellent amenities, attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast too, would definitely stay there again! The only slightly awkward thing was the lack of a door or curtain on the bath/shower, made showering a bit messy. Parking was pricey but reasonable for the city centre, seems to be limited during weekdays but stayed there for a weekend so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Spacious room with great sunset, easy connect wifi, good selection pillow, coffee maker, & full breakfast. At 6th floor, water pressure at shower was a bit weak.
