The hotel stay was pleasant, rooms were clean and tidy . Walking distance to shopping mall (Elante Mall) . Good eatery’s round the corner . Staff were very helpful and breakfast menu could have been better . With more dishes thanks . Will definitely return to stay for my next visit .

The hotel was of a good standard. The hotel had a good breakfast and general dining experience, not too spicy and varied enough for our stay. Only slight issue was that the hotel mainly has single beds but otherwise good

This property was not value for money. The room was so tiny with a dull lighting. Also the cleaning staff almost forced me to give a 5 star review to the hotel. I think it’s better to book some other hotel for 3-4k instead of paying 5k for this property!

It's a good value.

The hotel is dated and not very clean, could do with a proper clean and paint. Pool is small and dirty up there, towels are rubbish and old and not enough toilet roll was provided, breakfast was just average nothing special. Would say this is more like a 2 star hotel

The hotel is almost next door to the elante mall and very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Just needs a little updating, such as nicer towels - clean but looked well used. Enjoyed my stay

i booked 2 rooms ,One room had a bad sewer smell and then we asked them to fix it .They sprayed room freshner but that didnt remove the bad odor. Swimming pool had flies floating on water and no one cleaned it even upon request. Overall very bad experience considering the Lemon Tree Brand.

All you would expect from a premium budget hotel plus the staff are very helpful and attentive. Also there is a 24 restaurant on site. It's next door to the Elante mall for all shopping needs. All great from my point of view.

Entry of hotel is so dirty. Not feeling that you are entering In hotel very dark and dum balconies. Breakfast ohhh worst breakfast. Even in any one star has better breakfast.

Sutiable only for people going for business and just need to sleep in a decent place. Only plus for a family traveller like me was the nearby Elante mall.

There was no light in the room. We booked bathtub , front desk guy surat said we don’t have one. We got our shower gel in glass. WOW , bathrooms were not at all clean , room was very small. We paid $63 for this hotel, we are not happy, will never recommend this chain lemon tree to anyone. Horrible night it was!!

Staff was good but the condition of the hotel is quite bad. Bed sheets had stains on it. The walls had marks on them. The cafe looks like a dinning hall of a hostel

Room are very small and washroom are very small. It felt like we are staying in motel or in lodge.
