Great service, clean and tidy room even with a dishwasher, well equipped kitchenette

This is great to have a kitchen, but I think two chairs is a must for dine in. For the sake of environmental friendly, I also believe a few more tower rod or hook is necessary inside the bathroom.

酒店位於倫敦第二區，位置十分方便，是各類鐵路的交匯處。出入倫敦市中心及英國各部分都很便利。 住宿包括免費早餐，早餐豐富及美味。 住宿包括㕑房，十分適合家庭旅遊。

洒店位置不錯，樓下就是大型商場丶地鐵及火車站，交通非常方便。洒店係新發展區，但交通也不錯，坐火車到倫敦市中心約三十分鐘左右。房間大小也不錯，房內有齊煮食爐具。

Good happy hour to have a drink, good traffic to go to anywhere easily. A big shopping mall beside so that you can find a lot of stores and foods.

房間寬敞、乾淨、整潔，煮食設備齊全，就在大商場裡，裡面有很多食肆，還有兩間大型超市，無論外出用膳，或者自己買食材煮食都好方便。車站很近，交通方便，只是區內黑色人種比較多，外出，尤其是晚上要留心點。

位置方便，房間舒適，服務人員態度良好。附設厨房，設施齊備，是悠閒渡假的好選擇。已第2次入住，下次到倫敦仍會選擇入住。

住了七個晚上，床單都沒有換過，到後面幾天覺得身體有點癢。其他的都還算不錯

Very nice experience. Just need to arrive Stratford station, and the hotel is upstair of Westfield. The hotel room is awesome too. It is way better than what I can expect and pay for.

就在購物城，購物方便，累了更可回酒店休息，而且完全不受天氣影響。 服務人員態度友善。

第一日入住，電制跳了fuse 有一個星期五日，無housekeeping 整體職員友善，但有些方面需改進

酒店員工友善，因零晨到酒店於第2朝到餐廳時早餐時段已過，很感謝員工知悉情況到廚房為我找食物。

Good property

Very clean and spacious apartment rooms. Right on the shopping centers doorstep. Food very expensive. Opted for cooking in the room instead of dining in the evenings. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Plenty of food and drink venues in the shopping center or on "the street" lots of different cuisines. Staff were very helpful, and eager to please. Offered to take my bags to the room for me, and provided a space to hold luggage until check in, and after check out until my train time. Would definatly stay again, even though it was very pricey. Do not recommend during a heatwave however, even with air con on in the room, it was still 28°. Very helpful that there is a massive shower to help keep cool.
