The staff was very kind, the building is new and clean. The buffet is pretty good but the small restaurant is useless. Spa and swimming pool are clean. But the very very bad point are : The street noises that windows can't block (the hôtel is close to a lot of german pubs and night clubs) The german guests are rude and drunk all day and night long. They don't respect the other guests and the staff

Sehr schönes Hotel, toller Service und Essen. Trotz Nähe zum Ballermann sehr leise. Jederzeit wieder.

Für 4 Tage war es wirklich ein gutes Hotel. Das Essen war sehr gut. Viel Auswahl, besonders abends. Im Restaurant ist viel los, aber es ist voll ok. Wir empfehlen das Olé Restaurant, welches im All in mit drin ist. 1 Liter Sangria kostet ca 17,50 Euro, absolut human. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Die Zimmer sind gut. Das Sofa ist jedoch zu klein für zwei Kinder. In unserem Zimmer hat es etwas gemufft und der Föhn hat nur 4-5 Minuten funktioniert. Bei unseren Freunden im Zimmer war es aber nicht so. Zum Strand ist es 1 Minute, wirklich top. Wir sind vor dem Opening abgereist. Es wurde jetzt ziemlich voll. Unsere Kinder sind 'groß' und haben sich allein beschäftigt, deswegen hat es uns nicht gestört, dass es keine Animation gibt. Für ein par Tage würden wir auf jeden Fall noch mal kommen. Taxi zum Flughafen ca. 20 Euro und 8 Minuten Fahrt. Besser geht es nicht. Bus nach Palma ca. 25 Minuten und sehr günstig.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, mit unserem Zimmer und der Sauberkeit waren wir stets zufrieden, die ganze Anlage war zum Wohlfühlen und das Essen war stets ausgezeichnet und von hoher Qualität. Es wäre schön, wenn vielleicht wieder ein Spielzimmer für die Kinder hergerichtet werden würde. Aber das ist nur nice to have. Wir waren Anfang April dort, von daher war es vom Ballermann her sehr ruhig. Der Bus A2 fährt vom Flughafen aus fast bis vor die Tür. Strandblick hat man vom Hotel aus nicht, aber man ist in wenigen Gehminuten dort.

Zimmer war gut und sauber, das Ausziehsofa war aber grenzwertig für 2 Kinder mit 7 und 9 Jahren. Das war sehr klein, da gibt es definitiv größere. Es war nicht so das wir es uns ausgesucht hätten, es wurde uns so zugeteilt. Die Putzfrauen haben uns auch immer nur 3 neue Handtücher gegeben. Auch als wir die Rezeption darauf hingewiesen haben das wir 4 Handtücher benötigen, (und es anschließend auch erhalten haben) gab es bereits beim nächsten Mal wieder nur 3. Die haben es sich auch wohl nicht vorstellen können mit 2 Leuten in dem Ausziehsofa. Ansonsten war das Personal nett, höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Essen war sehr breit aufgestellt und es fehlte auch an nichts, es traf nur nicht meinen Geschmack. Ich habe mich an vielen Sachen probiert und halte mich auch nicht für wählerisch. Aber irgendwie schmeckte alles nicht annähernd wie ich es erwartet habe. Und damit meine ich nicht unbedingt typisch deutsch. Also sobald etwas zubereitet war, fand ich es nicht lecker. Sachen wie Fleisch, Fisch und Eier schmeckte mir alles gut. Aber auch das Obst, Müsli und der Joghurt. Aber mit Abstand das schlechteste war der Kaffee, er schmeckte wirklich Instant mäßig. Der frisch zubereitete Kaffee an der Pool bar war hingegen sehr lecker und hätte ich mir zum Frühstück gewünscht. Es gab diesen aber nicht.

Pænt og rent på hele hotellet. Vi havde med alt inklusiv. God variation af maden. Dog kan man kun få vin og øl til maden, og kun inde i restauranten. Hvis man vil have en øl eller andet ved pool området, koster det hvis der skal være alkohol i. Men har gode alkoholdfrie dinks og øl, der er med i alt inklusiv.

La comida del buffet es muy mala, en las fotos el hotel se ve como nuevo y en realidad esta bastante rústico. Si estás buscando un lugar para llegar a dormir creo que es buena opción pero si quieres comer rico y hacer actividades en el hotel como nadar no lo recomiendo

Was a nice hotel the only problem is the all inclusive you can only have 3 alcoholic drinks of either wine or beer for lunch and the same as dinner, would of been nice for a bit more drink option like vodka e.t.c, or even maybe 6 drink vouchers a day each so you can at least have one at the pool or something instead of at dinner or lunch, but I hear this is there law over there so not the hotels fault, you can obviously pay for alcoholic drinks at the bar but it’s €4 for a large beer what is really like just over half a pint in the uk. We done 4 nights so all in all was a nice break away but would definitely do this as a summer holiday

The room was well clean and made, comfortable bedding. Good views from balcony and friendly staff

All clean and good. Only drawback is dinning room is small. For every meal during the busy you may have queue up for upto 15 to 20 mins.

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auswahl am Buffet eher mittelmäßig, vielleicht lag das auch an der Nebensaison. Restaurants waren zu Stoßzeiten sehr voll und man musste teilweise anstehen. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war top.

Personale gentilissimo, posizione ottima, tutto molto piacevole.

We really enjoyed our time at Rio Bravo! The staff were friendly and kind, and even taught us a bit of Spanish. The buffet offers a good selection of food, and we didn’t mind the 3 drink per person cap (it’s designed to stop people misbehaving), and the staff were lenient. We look forward to returning one day.

Staff is professional and friendly. Hotel is very clean, the interior materials make it almost too hygienic. The double rooms were nice and spacious.

Sov der en natt pga et kansellert fly. Bestilte rom med plass til 4 pers. Da vi kom, viste det seg at det ikke fantes. De ga oss god service og vi ble oppgradert til en suite. Meget bra! Sovekomforten var sånn passe. Vi trengte fire puter (en til hver), fikk bare tre stk og resepsjonen lurte på om det var viktig med den siste puta.. Gardinene lot seg ikke trekke for, og hotellet ligger i et område med mye lyd. Altså ikke tilrettelagt for god søvn. Maten var ikke særlig god, etter min mening. Litt kantinepreget. Frokost helt ok. Enormt støynivå i restauranten.

8.8 out of 10. Food better than Royal Carribean. Great choices with local fare. Close to beach and the party.

Do not go by the description all inclusive is a total lie. Food terrible inside the hotel. More important this is a place where customer service is not important. My AC broke and I had to stay during the entire time without it. Inside the room floor tile were loose. I asked for another room and they denied it. Hotel customers feels like you are in a retirement facility. Almost all guest were in the late seventies. I want to make it clear I don’t have nothing against this. I love my old community. But that was not in my plans. This was a vacation to celebrate my birthday. It was Terrible in general. Do not rent this hotel without reading and look up in google. I didn’t do it and I paid the price. If you are coming to Mallorca go to Palma a very nice place with beautiful people.
