The stay was ok, but the hotel is not worth 4 stars. The buildings are very outdated and the rooms are very old-fashioned. Some of the mirrors and fixtures in the bathroom were broken. The armchairs and chairs in the lobby were worn out. Overall, the hotel was far too expensive for its condition. In general, everything was clean and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The pool area and proximity to the sea were great.

Wir waren 11 Tage im Riu Tikida Dunas. Die Eingangshalle und die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen. Waschbecken und Wasserhahn sind unmöglich. Zimmer wurden über die Jahre sehr vernachlässigt, einfach alles etwas lieblos und ohne Farben gestaltet. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich, aber die Brotecke eine Katastrophe. Alles wird sehr unhigienisch gestaltet. Jeder fasst Brot und Brötchen an. Kein System. Es gibt viele Menschen die eine Weizenunverträglichkeit haben. Dann sollten auch andere Brotsorten vorhanden sein. Zum Beispiel Dinkelbrot oder Vollkornbrot!!!!‘ Man kann nicht nur viel Geld von den Gästen verlangen!!!!!!‘ Also im Riu Tikida Dunas sollten dringend Veränderungen vorgenommen werden. Lieber dann in Agadir ein Fünf Sterne Hotel buchen

We arrived before check in but we're allowed to have lunch and use the rest of their facilities until then. The room was lovely. Great sea view and of the pools from our balcony. The bathroom was ok. It looked like they had two attempts to fit the shower riser. The shower hose was like a chrome coloured rubber and it never quite pointed to where you wanted. Beds were made and fresh towels daily and always very clean. The animation team were all very friendly and enthusiastic. However,.the evening entertainment was a bit samey. There was a wide variety of food, all very tasty. Enough to cater for me, a meat eater and my wife, a (more or less vegan.....she likes eggs). The beach was very clean and great for enjoying waves. Not much else near by but the taxi's are cheap and you can barter them down a little to get elsewhere. We had a late flight but as with check in we were able to continue to use the facilities until we left for the airport. Thanks for a lovely stay

Food very bland and trays empty, rooms had cockroaches and ants, some staff very poor won’t even smile, will never want to stay here again and would t recommend to anyone

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen , die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Angebot der Mahlzeiten lässt jedoch die Ambiente leider leicht verblassen. Trotzdem vielen Dank für die liebevolle Betreuung und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Internet not great Pool arena was Amazon, but problems with sunbeds, because they allow people to lay Towels from early morning.

Bella struttura anche se sarebbe da ristrutturare. Camera molto umida. A volte mancavano cambi asciugamani e ricambio sapone pur avendolo chiesto.

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Lovely and modern with a great layout and super close proximity to the beach which held beautiful sunsets. Staff were lovely and always happy to help, special mention to the security guard at the front entrance who saved us when our pickup didn’t arrive for the airport on our last day, honestly don’t know what we would have done without him. Buffet restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch but we felt dinner let it down sadly. All inclusive drinks weren’t the best but think that’s typical of most all inclusive hotels and at this price you cannot argue. Both the restaurants which were also included free of extra charge were lovely so don’t miss out on those.

HOTEL COMPLET TOUTE LANNEE. C'EST UNE USINE A TOURISTES. personnel 👍👏👍💝💙chambre vintage mais propre belle terrasse ou balcon. Sanitaires tres propres gel douche mouchoir en papier et linge de toilettes fournis cabine de douche spacieuse. RESTAURATION de bonne qualité et tres varié. Fruits: choix tres limité. Club agréable a vivre

Alles in allem ein solides All-Inclusive Hotel. Es gab jeden Abend Shows. Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter da. Es gibt einen KidsClub (RiuLand) und jeden Abend MiniDisco. Beides, also KidsClub als auch MiniDisco waren jedoch nicht so schön. Die Einrichtungen sind da. Man muss nur mehr daraus machen. Es fehlte eine Plan für die Kleinen tagsüber. Das war etwas schade. Die Animateure wirkten etwas unbeholfen. Ansonsten alles super. Direkt am Strand mit privatem Abschnitt, 4 Pools, Indoor Pool, etc. Also alles, was man eben so erwartet. Alles sauber. Die Angestellten waren immer nett, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles in allem ein toller Familienurlaub. Eine 8 von 10 für uns.
