Expedia charged way too much for this 3 star hotel.

Hotel arranged in airport shuttle and advised $40. Driver charged $50 and drove like his bottom was on fire

Easy to park and friendly staff. The room was OK. There is a bus station near the hotel so you can easily reach the train station, However, if you want to go to Venice by bus, you need to walk 10 - 15 min to another bus stop. The hotel could provide a vending machine for buying some water / juice / snack once after 11 pm there is no one working at the reception.

The WiFi did not work during our entire 5 day stay, which was a big problem. The parking was convenient. The air conditioning was heavenly. Not too many amenities but overall an okay place to stay.

Personalen var mycket trevliga, glada och hjälpsamma, vilket gjorde vistelsen extra angenäm. Rummet var rent och välskött, med bekväma sängar som bidrog till en god natts sömn. En liten förbättring skulle kunna vara att luftkonditioneringen var något svag, vilket ibland påverkade komforten. Frukosten var helt okej, och det var alltid någon som serverade kaffe och te, vilket uppskattades. Sammanfattningsvis är detta ett trevligt boende med några små förbättringsmöjligheter för att göra gästupplevelsen ännu bättre.

Nossa estadia foi excelente, café da manhã e localização ótima em Veneza Mestre. Anúncio do hotéis.com , " quarto triplo acomoda quatro hóspedes" dá interpretações errôneas. Não houve interesse de arrumar o anuncio, mesmo após relatarmos o problema do app . Tivemos que pagar por uma cama extra para minha filha de 16 anos.

Clean and friendly environment

Overall, it's good for the price. However, the accommodation is old and lacks soundproofing. We had trouble sleeping due to noise from footsteps and activity in the rooms above and the hallway, especially late at night and early in the morning.

Spacious and clean room, easy to reach by public transportation. Check in was also quick. Not the most modern renovations but a good clean place to stay

Worst hotel booked in Expedia, pictures shown not even close to the real deal. Staff very rude, no air conditioner, high humidity smell, we had to leave as the temperature was too high for our baby and my oldest son got allergies due to the smell and bed sheets. Not a family place at all. Place to stay if you are single, alone and there was nothing else available, for emergency cases only. I already claim a full refund for the trip
