A very good location for a reasonable price in the Machu Picchu town, not far from either the bus stop to the machu picchu or the town train station. The room is tiny but good and comfortable.

The staff are helpful, but are not able to communicate in English well, which this place is full of tourists around the world. I do understand the staff were trying to make me understand more. It'll be better if the communication skills improve. You can come back for relaxing after checking out and coming down from Machu Picchu before catching up your train leaving Aguas Calientes.

Although the room is fairly good. The hot water for shower is good enough. The most important is the excellent service for the front desk. Very friendly and supportive. I'll recommend to my friends.

Llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que sobrevendieron y nos llevaron a otro hotel que esta a un ladito, el cuarto que nos dieron no tenia televisor, estaba a un lado de recepcion y tuvimos mucha luz, las cortinas muy delgadas, la regadera no tenia cortina y toda la noche voces de gente llegando y el ruido de las platicas toda la noche. Nada de descanso.

Terrazas del Inca has very convenient location to the bus station to Machu Picchu and restaurants/shopping. Breakfast starts at 5:30am and freshly cooked which is very considerate for early hikers and tourists for early entrance time. Room is clean and comfy.

The staff was very attentive. They had a nice Peruvian breakfast spread. I love the open air style of the main room and the decor was very nice. They even suggested a few good restaurants that we are going to go back to the next time in Aguas Caliente/Machu Pichu- and Terrazas del Inca will be our return stay. Thank you very much, Terrazas!

The bathroom caulk around the bathroom was covered with black mold, that's an easy fix.

I arrived late due to a mix-up with my train. I still paid for the reservation and kept the reservation. I notified the hotel ahead of time and confirmed my new arrival time with them. When I arrived, the receptionist refused to let me check in or have breakfast. As I tried to explain the situation again, he argued with me and tried to further prevent me from checking in. I was very disappointed by this interaction with the receptionist. The hotel and property were fine otherwise.

Friendly amazing staff! They made you feel so welcome. The breakfast amazing. Best coffee I had in Peru!

The room we go was next to water stream. It was absolutely beautiful view. Though when we opened window noise from people walking on the road was coming. But still the experience was amazing. The location is convenient. Walking distance to all restaurants, local shopping and bus for Macchu Picchu. They even woke up really early and prepared breakfast for us. They even packed a brown bag lunch for all of us, one fruit and bread / muffin to take along.
