A new property (or recently fully renovated) with a perfect location. Absolutely everything went well with the room and during our stay.

Italien und seine Hotels, naja 3 Sterne Hotel sind ja meisten mit Mängeln behaftet, war sicher eines der Besseren Hotels. Ein Frühstücks Buffett ohne Salami und das in Italien .. aber das schlimmste ist die Parkplatz abzokkerei 20 EURO pro Tag, das werde ich mir nicht mehr gefallen lassen und werde kein Hotel Buchen ,wo der Parkplatz nicht Gratis zur Verfügung gestellt wird !!!

Dette ble ett naturlig stopp på vår kjøretur men er jo mest beregnet for bading og soling.

Tutto bene, non c'era acqua calda alla sera ma in breve tempo è stato risolto. Personale molto disponibile.

Hotel Gabbiano provided a family friendly experience for our family. Attentive staff and great service made our time in Rimini special. Would absolutely book with them again.

I love the area, property was absolutely beautiful and xlean walkable to the beach , big spacious balcony

Hotel molto curato, pulizia ottim, personale molto gentile. Colazione abbondante con selezione dolce e salate, bevande calde e fredde. Nonostante non specificato ci è stata data una camera con vista mare laterale. Devo dire una piacevole sorpresa specialmente per la nostra piccoletto. L’hotel si affaccia direttamente sul mare pertanto comodissimo ad ogni serviIo. Veramente una splendida vacanza!

Staff was very nice and rooms clean. However rooms extremely small and the walls paper thin. You could hear next door all through the night making it difficult to sleep.

Fint og hyggelig hotell. Rett ved stranden. Noe bråk på kvelden fra trafikk og barer.

Bellissimo alberghetto fronte mare, pulito, comodo per lunghe passeggiate lungomare. Il servizio spiaggia è a pagamento con convenzione stabilimento difronte ma, causa maltempo nn ne ho mai usufruito. Non c'è la reception ma devi andare all'hotel Baby dove ti danno la chiave elettronica x entrare. Ottima la colazione. Unico neo è il parcheggio che costa 12€ al giorno ma è distante 600 m. Io sono riuscito sempre a parcheggiare su una traversa dove il parcheggio è libero.

The view was super, near the beach is comfortable,the beds are new and soft, cleany, bicycles are ok, a good restaurant directly at the beach - 4 days per week very noisy till 2h in the morning, 20 minutes walk to our carparking
