The central train station is just nearby. It is very convenient to travel to other city. Overall, it is clean and polite.

Location is great - the hotel is 5 minuets walk from Central Train Station and Metro Station.

We paid for king size and were given 2 single beds. Everything else was great

Love this hotel - very clean and newly refurbished rooms, cracking breakfast, comfy beds, good gym and friendly staff. I always choose to stay here when in Newcastle.

Room was nice, in good conditions, plenty of commodities within the room and bathroom, friendly staff at the bar and reception, great breakfast, however, coffee/tea mugs and teaspoons were dirty, on 1st night mc I requested fresh cups, all good, second day, room was made to standard but used cups were left in the bathroom with water and no clean cups for the next day, nor herbal tea bags replenished :/

Room was spacious, receptionist at night and the ladies who served breakfast were great.

Room looked clean until we looked under furniture for missing gloves only to find several days worth of dust,bottle corks etc lying Breakfast staff were excellent, food average. Reception staff unhelpful about lost property.Several problems with door key cards failing. Great area though, handy for train station,shops,restaurants,quayside.

Couldn’t comment on breakfast, left before it was served. Room was very comfortable, very clean and plenty tea, coffee, water and the biscuits in the room were a nice touch. Definitely would stay again.
