Pros: Free parking and breakfast Cons: No WIFI in room, room is awkwardly shaped, Cash only(credit card I not accepted) I read about the description carefully and then decided to choose this B&B. I booked a double room with a pool view on hotel.com. But when I checked in, I found that the room is in the attic. I was not able to stand straight most of the time in my room because the room was an awkwardly shaped space (I'm 5'7, 172cm). The room had two windows but neither of them has a view to the pool. One window was locked permantely, and the other was small and facing toward the rooftop of another house. I've talked to the lady in reception and she said the rooms are fully booked, and the rooms with pool view depended on availability. It showed on hotels.com website that they have three double rooms, so that made me to think it was just my bad luck to live in an uncomfortable attic. I could get access to the WIFI in reception area. WIFI was not available in room. The whole thing wasn't what I expected from a B&B. I'm glad that I only had one night here, and I wouldn't wanna go back. 给打算预订这家B&B的兄弟姐妹们提个醒，你在网上看到的酒店信息和实际有差。我订的是双人间可看泳池的，结果给我住的是小阁楼。除了睡觉，其他时间在房间里站着连腰都直不起来（本人172cm）。窗户一个是永久上了锁，另一个小小的，是看对面房顶的瓦片，和前台沟通，说是房间订满了只有这个。房间里也没WIFI信号，想上WIFI请自行下楼。对了，还有就是他们结账只收现金。一路上也住了几家B&B，第一次遇到这么奇葩的。估计是房间不多，订满了，看我们华人长相觉得好打发好欺负就把我们安排到小阁楼去。

酒店时民宿环境非常好，老板是典型意大利人和女儿一起经营，非常热情！老板是可以去火车站接人的，没有车的话记得要打电话，不然上坡路真的很累。游泳池这个时节已经非常冷了，不过我和太太都尝试了，很爽！房间在2楼，无敌的景观。。。。。。就是卫生间的洗澡间比较小，很干净，也很安静。从这里走后山的路20分钟就可以进古城了，建议没有车的话去火车站坐缆车后再从城里走后山下来。早饭也非常丰盛！

Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The setting is so lovely , even this time of year. And the staff are wonderful. The breakfast was really good. I am sad we only booked one night.

The staff, rooms and property were above our expectations. Francesca provided a ride to the property and on our day of departure to the Rome airport (for a fee). The room was spacious, clean, provided everything we could want and was so welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful

The location is close to the train station. You can walk up to Orvieto - it’s a 10-15 minute walk. The owners were really sweet and helpful. My room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy the pool.

Incredibly beautiful, beds are super comfortable, delicious breakfast. Out of the busy part of town, but still close enough. Quintessential Italian countryside feel while still being close to town. What more could you want?

자동차 없이는 접근하기 힘드니 자동차 여행중인 분만 예약하시는게 좋겠습니다. 또한 진입구가 급격히 꺽여 있어 출입시 주의 요망됩니다. 농가 민박이라 큰 기대를 하지 않았찌만, 방 상태는 좋은 편이며, 조식 또한 괜찮습니다. 다만 2층 방으로 짐을 들고 올라가야 해서 조금 힘들었습니다. 100미터쯤 떨어진 다른 농가식당에서 저녁을 먹었는데, 매우 훌륭했으니 참고하십시요.

What an excellent stay and experience we had at Podere Sette Piagge!! The service provided and quality of the property very clearly exceeded our expectations. Our guest room was clean, spacious and well decorated. Owner Francesca was very focused on servicing our requests. She also very effectively arranged our transportation requests. The daily buffet breakfast was excellent - superb pastries, fresh fruits and plenty of other assorted items in a very comfortable patio setting. Just over the top in all aspects of our stay. Very highly recommend this property.

I liked the quiet ambiance and ability to walk up the hill to the old town of Orvieto. The breakfast was also very nice with excellent coffee.

Super sweet Italian family with a warm welcome. Very clean room. Great spread for breakfast included with an amazing Cappuccino served. About a 5 minute drive to the main parking lot for old town Orvieto. We had a great stay!

The location and aspect of the property is fantastic; something to die for and Francesca was great and very accommodating. We will definitely go back.
