Le Ryad présentait bien en photos, mais la réalité du séjour ne justifie absolument pas le tarif demandé. Cheveux dans mon lit (alors que je suis chauve), cafards, coffre‑fort bloqué tout le séjour malgré trois demandes d’ouverture , capsules Nespresso dans la chambre mais aucune machine, mégots laissés plusieurs jours sur la terrasse… Autant de détails qui montrent un manque d’entretien évident et une gestion approximative. À ce prix, on attend un service soigné, une chambre impeccable et un minimum de réactivité. Ce n’a pas été le cas.Très décevant pour un établissement qui se positionne comme haut de gamme.

What an incredible little gem! We found it last minute for our final night in Rabat and couldn't have been happier with it. Staff were extra helpful, especially George. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious. Roof top infinity pool was a cherry on top! The only couple of minor things to mention is that the air con is controlled centrally, so there is no way to adjust the temperature from the room directly. And the parking is not really on site as listed in the description, but on street, next to riad. Expect to pay a small fee to a street 'manager' who will help with finding a spot to park. We would definitely come back again

Personnel très courtois et chambre ( suite) parfaite. Nous n’avions pas réservé la suite mais une chambre standard qui ne convenait pas. Avec un léger supplément negocié, nous avons pu avoir une grande chambre.

This lovely riad is in a great location, right on the edge of the old Medina and about a 10-minute walk to the beach, the city center, and Kasbah of the Udayas. It’s very convenient but still quiet and peaceful. The decoration is beautiful and stylish—you can really see the good taste in every detail. The hotel is calm, and the service is friendly and helpful. If you’re lucky, you can even park on the street right in front of the hotel. If I could suggest a small improvement, it would be to add a few more things in the room, like a kettle, teacups, bottled water, coffee, and tea. That would make the stay even better. We stayed in the loft room, and the bedroom is upstairs. The stairs don’t have a handrail, which felt a bit unsafe, especially for older guests. Overall, if I visit Rabat again, I would still choose to stay here.

We booked a week in this riad as it is in a strategic location for exploring the Kasbah and for pleasant walk by the seaside and the main town attractions. The location is within the medina and the place is quiet and cosy. The front of house team was helpful and courteous: Moustafa, George, Rashid, Sharon all helped in different ways making us feeling welcomed and arranging private taxi and dinners in flexible way as we asked. They were brilliant!

Très beau riad en bordure de la Medina de Rabat. Excellent petit déjeuner. Service très bon. Un écart entre la beauté du lieu et le niveau d'entretien : piscine peu entretenue, problème d'eau dans les toilettes de la chambre,...C'est dommage ! Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour.

Great stay at L’alcazar. Good location within walking distance to almost everything you need in Rabat but not in the middle of the most chaotic sections. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and in two floors. But keep in mind the bathroom has no doors, not even the toilet.

We love this Riad. George is an excellent staff and made our stay fantastic. Will definitely come back on our next visit.

Very nice riad and tasteful art deco! Great staff and services. The only shortfall is limited food choices due to its small size and few Bomber of staying customers.
