這是間設計較現代感的酒店,lobby 和 房間廊道採幽暗設計風,對我這種喜歡明亮感的人,有點不適應. 酒店頂樓是半露天的餐廳酒吧,很多老外穿著時尚在上面享受美麗的晚宴.對了,頂樓約10樓,可看到倫敦部份夜景. 對了!房間內也很現代感,但洗臉盆有點淺,淋浴室蓮蓬頭不好使用,澡盆不能用.

Good location，many restaurant nearby and walking distance to convent garded. Hotel was very stylish， room is cozy and clean. Great stay.

everything was good during our stay execpt, I did not feel comfortable after checking the voucher home, we were overcharged "Radio-rooftop" expense which we never even booked or used.

Staff were friendly & balcony was nice. Overall hotel room felt tired, light switch next to bed didn’t work, rain shower was in poor state, mould around the air conditioning vent, the worse part was whilst trying to sleep there was constant noise from furniture being moved around on the rooftop. Quite disappointing from a hotel I have visited a number of times.

We arrived early in hopes of changing before starting our day in London. The staff pointed down the hall and offered a small lobby bathroom stall. For a five star hotel I would expect a gym or hospitality suite option. The hotel is very dark in the hallways between the elevator and rooms. Didn’t feel super inviting, almost eerie. The room was quite large in terms of European standards. If you have the option to stay across the street at the One Aldwych I much prefer that hotel.

Good location , close to Covent Garden , very modern , clean rooms and helpful staff . It’s great having STK attached to the hotel as well !

Very modern, new, clean hotel. Great gym, rooftop bar is a can’t miss. Rooms very comfortable. Nice location. Issue with room AC on first night of stay was appropriately handled. Staff very helpful

The hotel was spotless and incredibly tidy. I absolutely loved the decor. The food was amazing and the rooftop bar was exquisite.

The room was a good size, but smelt quite damp. If we had been staying for longer I would have asked to move room, but accepted it for one night. Location is good and the breakfast was very nice, although I would suggest staggering bringing out the three courses as there’s not much table room for cereal, a cooked English and pastries!

We have stayed at the hotel a few times. This time we felt that the room was a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. The staff were very helpful as always. The rooftop bar was great. A shame that the atrium is no longer used as the reception area as it was the wow factor every time we visited the hotel.

We was on the 9th floor and the bar was directly above our room, loud music into the easily hours. Not the best nights sleep.
